- When I think about technical pants, I think fabric...and the fabric selection of these Cutback Technical Pants from Vertx are well executed with Vapor Core Technology. Keeping you cool and dry, is important, both in warm and colder temperatures. Body heat regulation is critical for comfort, but also safety in the outdoor environments. Combine that with a host of great layout, features, and style...these Cutback Technical Pants are a definitely must have in my book. Highly recommended!

They really do seem versatile and comfortable. I think they would perform really well in a hotter climate too.
Thanks for showing us this.
I look forward to these in warmer conditions. I think they'll perform very well!
Always have trouble carrying the essentials. Its hard to just carry my phone, wallet & knife. This is perfect since I can keep my phone in that mag pocket and knife in the little pockets as well. Thanks for the review! Just ordered right after this video
AWESOME...you're in for a treat! What color did you get?
Those are some darn nice slacks, really like the pockets.
I love the magazine pockets. Magically the perfect size for a smart phone! haha.
How do these compare to the Delta Stretch 2.1? Thanks
There is this commercial that advertises a technical pant. I'm not biting because it's probably a rip off. I'm looking for pants, not just a pant. A pant would only cover half of me, right? When I did find technical pants and bought them, dammit if they didn't forget to include a technical manual. I was lost! I had no idea how to use or operate the pants, so I had to throw them out.
OMG, I typed this comment then read below and saw that someone else had already typed a similar comment. Then I read who it was, and it was ME! 7 months ago. I'm off to the fridge to grab another beer. I sure hope nobody decides to advertise their beer as being, "technical".
Which color did you choose? Absolutely love the scenery by the way.
EDIT: Never mind, you mentioned it. How have they held up?
These pants are great...I truly wear them constantly...they have held up perfectly so far. No damage...and they clean up well too!
@@outerlimitless Glad to hear it! Loved the review as well.
Would you recommend these or the Cutback SF pants for concealed carry?
I do carry with them. Solid in my opinion
Are the the SF (slim fit) or standard?
Are these the slim fit version? I noticed they don’t look nearly as baggy as the regular version look on the online pictures.
From what I think I know there's only one fit. Maybe they have more, but these are the standard cut.
I saw that you wear 32x34. What is your normal slacks length? Mine is 32, but my jeans are 34. Debating on which length to get in these. I just noticed you were asked something similar below. :)
My length is always 34" These fit me literally perfectly. If you are typically 34" inseam that is what I would suggest.
At the bottom of the front pockets, what are the red loops and what are they used for? Also it says it has a lanyard anchor point would i put the top of the lanyard in the belt loop and the bottom connect it to the red loops in bottom of pockets??? Im confused as hell!!!
You could add a clip to ensure your contents don't fall out of your pocket...like if you were truly using these for law enforcement or tactical purposes.
Great review!! What is the belt's brand?
That belt is one of my favorite! It is the KUIU Climbing Belt. I've had it for a few years now...definitely my go-to for daily wear.
What is your height and weight? I noticed you went with 32x34. I typically wear a 31x32 in jeans.
I'm a little over 6 foot...these are perfect for me. I'm 32x34 in jeans, so I would order true to size
Wish they had 28 inseam for us short dudes. I know you can hem, but then that messes up the scuff guard...
Interesting point...yes, that would be a shame...the lower reinforced cuff is 2.75 inches. Happen to be wearing mine right now and just measured for ya!
The lower cuff handcuff key pocket will also get covered up a bit, but I betcha you could make it all work...
@@outerlimitless I might buy a pair and see what a tailor can do and if nothing else, just send them back.
What coat is that?
Do you know what country these are made in? Thanks! Really like the review by the way!
They are made in Bangladesh...I'm wearing them now...actually I have been wearing them all week...haha!
@@outerlimitless
Me too!
@@DV77737 haha! I'm literally wearing mine again right now...haha! If I could post a photo...
why did i think you were goin go pour the coffee on them when you were crouched lmaoo
Haha, I said they were water resistant! Coffee's basically water right? That would have been hot! Thanks for watching!

I aint gay, but thats a fucking nice beard
HA! Thanks...the funny thing is I don't think of myself as being a "beard guy" but I probably have some level of a beard like 90% of the time. Thanks for watching!
These look like exact copies of vertyx Hyde except knee articulation and cotton and just 90 instead of 40 bucks
They definitely have similarities but I also have the Hyde and these are much better in my opinion. Better fit... better fabric.
Look at that getup damn man nice pants 😍. But can they baton or filet😁.
Oh, they can baton. Well Button anyway.
Hasn't this, "technical", thing gone far enough in advertising? A couple of years ago, everything was, "crafted", now everything is, "technical". Until last year, a pair of pants was called, "pants", not, "a pant". Salesman to customer, "Sir would you like to try on this pant?". Customer to salesman, "actually, I would like to try on something that would cover both of my legs, thank you.". Now, there is an ad on TV for a, "technical pant", would you people please give me a freeking break? Ok, ok, I'll try on your pant, as long as it's sewed to the pant that goes on the other side so I'll be wearing, "pants", and these pants had, damn well better have been, 'crafted', by artesians, not by just people who work in a pants factory.
I don't have time in my brain to care. Companies need to name their products. These are full of features... they call them technical. I'm good with it.
But I think your point about the "pant" is funny. It's definitely pants with the "s". These would suck if only one legged! Thanks for watching
