I am saved, but still so much anger and impatience, snappy and such…..it’s because I was still harboring grudges and unforgiveness over family, friends and past relationships. I used to want other people to apologize and own up for hurting me but I realized that the only one that was able to heal me, fix me and complete me is Jesus Christ alone. Another thought sister, Peter was already noticing the forgiving quality in Christ, it would seem, probably what prompted him to ask the question, how many times should we forgive? Jesus answer, although a little cryptic seems to imply "perfect forgiveness", something that was ultimately and tangibly expressed in Jesus death and Resurrection! It is interesting for me this interaction between Jesus and Peter. Jesus is the Teacher and Peter the follower. He is learning from the master and where does Peter end up, giving His life as a martyr upside down on a cross, "perfect forgiveness??"🧡

Thanks sister, I watched it all and I think you hit the nail on the head, so well done!👍It's interesting that as I look at your video, you have 777 subscribers and it reminds me of Jesus conversation with Peter where he tells him he should forgive "77" times, not 7 times! (Matthew 18:21-22 - the parable of the unmerciful servant)! Ultimately, Jesus has forgiven us and we need to forgive others with that same forgiveness and Scripture highlights the importance of this in the Our Father prayer and also Matthew 18:33-35: "“’Should you not have pity on your fellow servant, as I had pity on you?’ Then in anger his master handed him over to the torturers until he should pay back the whole debt. So will my heavenly father do to you, unless each of you forgives your brother from your heart.”💛 Actually, funny enough, I became the 777th subscriber so maybe that tells you something!😃
@donalcunningham1225 Hello Donal, thank you for watching. Out of all the videos and messages I've posted I felt this one was so deep in the Father's heart. How heartbroken He is looking at us, self proclaiming Christians and we hate, gossip, slander and refuse to forgive each other. Divorce and broken families all over. I believe that as we learn to forgive each other so many families will be reconciled back together. That is always in my prayers 🙏🏻 thank you for sharing your thoughts. I was going to use that passage as well! So so good, we must constantly forgive others as He forgives us over and over again. 🙏🏻💕 Blessings to you and your loved ones.
