glass bead with brown deadly for brown trout . I use a cinnamon bead. the shape seems better than a few other styles with the fatter to the head seeming to mimic small fry. even though it is Fall spawn here the DNR dropped 3 inch browns in the lake to the stream entrance here - duh.... This fly enticed large browns on a slow sinking line into the staging browns, splake and kokanee soup at the stream entrance.. A go to for me for tiny fish that big fish eat...
