Sir I have a bump just above my right eyebrow which is quite noticable even from some distance this basically happened after an acne. Can it be treated with medication only?

Sir I have a scar that is not defined as Keloid or hypertrophic located on the knuckle area of my hand. it is raised, pink, and hard as if it has over a mount of collegian fiber. I had this since childhood (5 years old) now I'm in my early 60. it doesn't not painful it's just ugly and I wants it remove. I've been using silicone for over two years with no improvement, nor has it flatten out. what should I do?
