I make Mexican flavor chicken breast in the slow cooker - chicken breast, jar of salsa, chicken broth as needed and taco seasoning. Large amount of meat for multiple meals with minimal effort. Freezes well if I get tired of it after a couple days. Your chicken broth made me think of this
My favorite for Buffalo dip is 4 oz chicken (can use can 😂) 2 tbsp hot sauce 1 laughing cow light triangle 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt Only points is for the triangle

In the old days, you had a slider for calories and fat grams and you could determine points by fat, fiber, and calories. But in the new plans, they want you to use the app so that how they determine these points is a mystery. You simply scan a barcode on your app, and it tells you. In other words, you can no longer do it on your own as you did in the days when you had the cardboard slider (which I still have😅). That's what keeps you buying into the program. Most fruits and veggies that are not starchy are free

It could be the coating on fat free cheese. Try rinsing the cheese a few times before using
