People for sure fall in love with Japan again and again, having watched your videos like this one ❤🧡💛👍! Yamadera is amazing - natural and spiritual beauty in harmony, scenic place. No sunshine? Doesn't matter, in this soft light the autumn colors 🍁🍂and landscape look like out of a rare painting. Oh, and such a patient and cute kitty 😽! Thanks for climbing all these steps !!!
Yamadera Temple - From Yamadera Station, it’s only a five-minute walk to the temple's base, where you can begin your ascent. The quiet atmosphere makes Yamadera a spiritual escape. The ascent up the mountain’s 1,000 steps typically takes between 20 and 30 minutes. It’s not a challenging climb, but the journey through the forest is half the adventure. Eye-catching shrines and amusing statues placed carefully along the route complement stone lanterns leading the way.

I have been lucky enough to do this climb twice (not as quickly as you…you must be so fit!). Truly marvellous…ThankyouandBless for revising the memory. Yamadera is a beautiful place…
It is interesting to travel where you will never visit in person, so I thank the operator for his work. This is how the ages look, because every stone is worked by human hands and cared for by them. The scenery is very beautiful. Have a nice trip. Good luck Glory to Japan, the land of the sun.
I was there in September when it rained. Still incredible view but I really wanted to go in Autumn, yet, hotel prices and other plans didn't let me. Really didn't expect a video of this on here but thank you so much. Absolutely breathtaking view, definitely one of the best in all of Japan in my opinion.
Amazing video! Visited Yamadera 3 and a half years ago in the spring. It is incredible to be able to re-experience the temple, and journey to the top through your channel. I'm amazed at the colours of the autumn season.
@Rambalac Update: I finally did it! Thanks to your video I visited Yamadera Temple a few days ago, and what a beautiful experience it was! Loved every second of it. The whole place is unbelievably beautiful, but it really tested my physical condition! All those steps are no joke. Unfortunately I didn't get to see the cat at the ticket booth.
I'm not Japanese but, I find this video,.................... very enlightening💜💜💜💜 Boy! Some places of Japan are very beautiful!🥰🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤,No, a lot of places in Japan are beautiful!
Visited in February 2020, it was the dead of winter, covered in snow. You could hear the snowflakes as they touched the ground. An otherwordly experience. Thank you Ram for taking me there in autumn. 🤍
Damn, this is so beautiful. Too bad that i don't have that much time to watch full video. Please try to create some kind of small preview of everything, before full video starts. It will be much more useful and help to grasp the most of your videos. Thank you for your hard work. Japan is as always very beautiful. These bonsai trees are amazing and so much different colors in the forests!
1:38 imagine my feeling - that looks like my small block of flats - Japan is saying hey you could be living here... 24:23 you can tell someone really thought when making that post box
My god! This place is beyond heavenly. Do people live here as well? Or is it just like a spot? I'd love to actually live here. The climb was quite a lot, but worth for the view.
I visited Yamadera on a rainy day in the fall of 2006. On the way down from the top, I was passed by a group of uniformed British school girls going up.
Hi, Rambalac! I noticed you have an extended monopod on the bottom of your RS3. May I know what brand that is? Also, what's the secondary handle that's on the side of the monopod? Thanks
Can anyone explain the vending machines? I assume its just voice recognizing the item to purchase, but then how is it being paid for? I don't see him scanning anything, unless it's scanning from ~2 feet away... which sounds worrying.
Love the videos, but would be good if you could somehow cut your breathing sounds out the video. It's a bit tiring listening to it for an hour lol no offense intended.

I wouldn’t have made it 1/4 of the way up that mountain.

What is it with my mama’s people and steps? If you have to climb that many steps to heaven I hope there’s an escalator.
