@@sykes2698 i speak Low German specifically a dialect that is mixed with Danish, Frisian and Dutch. I can understand the song perfectly in all the versions. I cant understand Modern High German very well but this is can. I think it has to do with High Middle German being closer to the common origin High and Low German branches share

I saw them in Philly several times. At FaerieCon and Dracula’s Ball. My friend Patrick is a Concert Promoter and would bring them in. Met and hung out with Michael and Syrah between shows. Very nice pleasant and Genteel people. Extremely interesting to chat with

Surprisingly I bought the one DVD QNTAL has come out with a couple years ago without knowing anything about them; not even knowing their music. Talk about a plesant discovery!!! Too bad there isn't any more videos of their concerts about; at least of the same quality. Fantastic concert!!!

walther von der Vogelweyde war seiner Zeit weit voraus. ich mag die Version, trotz des Synthies....die Stimme und die Wortwahl macht es zu einem Leckerbissen.
@mikeru1980 Das Original kommt meines Wissens wohl von Walter von der Vogelweide und ist einfach klasse. Qntal bzw Estampie habens aber am besten "gecovert". Stimmlich und instrumental einfach wunderschön. Danke für den Upload :)
