A very unique duo with their very own style! Jack and Melissa take old and new popular songs and reconstruct them into something completely different and unexpected!
They perform using a few instruments (guitar, keyboard, kick-drum, shakers, etc), and also some produced electronic drum loops and sounds which makes them stand out from the rest.
I love this song, and this is one of the prettiest covers I have heard! Hauntingly beautiful.

Beautiful cover. As others have said, the vocals are a bit quiet and a little drowned out by the guitar, but that's easy to fix. It appears "The Hour" have quit producing music though. Their last upload was three years ago and a cursory search for them online turned up nothing more than a Facebook page that hasn't been updated since January 2020. It's a shame really, they're talented.
