Thanks for trying out this cake 🎂 don't increase baking time, once the skewer inserted comes out clean. The cake will turn out dry. 🎂 Sometimes the cakes do not brown on top bcoz of various reasons such as oven temperature or the container, etc.🎂 If this happens, switch to the grill mode. Lightly brush the top of your cake with butter and place the cake tin on grill for 2 minutes or until the top of the cake browns as per your liking🎂 Happy Baking!!!😘
To brown anything I bake, I change the oven to broil on high. But you have to watch it like a hawk. It browns really fast and can burn if you turn away.
