Yes you can use stainless steel container as long as it doesn't have wooden and plastic handles attached. I have used silver foil with wet tissues inside as a baking strip, which you can buy online or DIY, it helps cake bake evenly on all sides and it doesn't give a dome shape to the cake. Hope that helps.
Hi, I just made the batter but maybe the coconut paste was not thin enough, my batter is very dry… do I need to anything to it or will it turn out okay
Keep it at room temperature if you are leaving it overnight but leave it aside atleast for a minimum of 6 to 7 hours before baking. Hope that answers your query. Thanks for watching.
Hi Celina, Yes you can bake it in a cooker as long as the steam evaporates properly or else it might take long to bake. Hope that helps and thanks a lot for watching.
Recommended not to use any water but just incase you find it hard to grind then add a little and don't make the paste very fine. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
I have used frozen grated coconut, but fresh coconut is always better. Add a some water and grind the coconut to make a coarse paste. Do not use too much water or else the batter will be thin.Hope that helps.
