How are you? Can you believe we are halfway through May already? This week I had to travel to Colorado for a job and it's so nice to be out in the mountains surrounded by nature. It's still a bit chilly here compared to LA but I kinda like the change in weather. When I take a deep breath so high up, I feel like I can taste how clean and crisp the air is here. Is that just me or have you ever felt this way before?
My apartment renovation is still coming along but I think it will be a few more weeks before it is ready for Max and me to move back in. I do miss cooking in my own kitchen but I'll be back in there soon enough! I've been making a lot of chia seed pudding this week because it is such a quick and easy recipe to prepare the night before. I love that when I wake up it's ready to eat and I can add whatever topping I am in the mood for whether that's blueberries, a banana or some granola, it's a stress free breakfast perfect for early mornings on set. I also wanted to share my lemon olive oil cake recipe that I enjoy as a quick snack and well let's be honest, can be eaten any time of the day. Is there anything you feel like you can eat 24/7? I had the rashes on my eyelids too a few years back, and I found it was soya/gluten causing it. I remember how painful it can be, hope you get to the bottom of it x

Had the same skin situation, after it escalated I did food sensitivity testing (with Meridian Valley Lab) and once I removed my sensitive foods, the rashes vanishes among other pesky IBS-like symptoms. Biggest culprits can be the healthiest things like eggs, avocado, garlic, pineapple, beans, quinoa, etc.. There is a relationship between foods and plants. For ex if you are allergic to grass then maybe also oranges, tomatoes, melons. If latex then maybe bananas and avocado. It's called OAS (oral allergy syndrome) and it's becoming quite common. Best of wishes to anyone suffering.

Hi Sanne, as you have a sensitive skin when using the roller, avoid putting it in the freezer, the difference of temperature will be too strong for your skin, putting it in the fridge will be enough, or even using cold water on it before use. And roll it from the center of your face to the side, this will be a good lymphatic drainage massage :)
