Nice. So you guys dont use the GPS /Sat nav..youre using an old iphone as your navigation...hmmm. I was thinking about a Garmin Numo XT 2.... I currently use my Samsung Android but not sure on road trips yet..

Yes, exactly. We use older model phones. We find that preferable because you can download all the maps just the same and use any number of navigation apps, making the phone just like a GPS. But the old phone for navigation can also be used to replace your everyday phone in case something happens.
