First please check if google SMTP is still available to use? Second you are not using the right port (25 is for exchange) I have shown port that was available for google SMTP when I published the video. Based on your error those are two issues needs to be resolved in order for you to use google SMTP.

This means you don’t have permission on the smtp server, if you do, please select secure connection option. Usually if you are trying to use google or other available smtp, they have their specific requirements.

Please check gmail smtp requirements, I believe they have tightened the security.
