😊you've got the weight wrong. I took delivery of this bike yesterday and it is in actual facy 34kg. Great bike.

Thanks for the information. In this video we quoted Engwe's gross weight. They actually provide 2 weights on their Web page. 34.5kg and 43.5g. We decided to say the maximum gross weight, as nobody wants something to weigh more 😂
Enjoy the E26. It is still probably the best bike I have ever ridden (apart from it's brother the M20!)

I have been on the fence for some time when it comes to e-bikes vs analogue. As I get older, the e-bike sounds better. Great review. 🫡🚚
We've always been content with our analogue bikes, but riding this bike was literally insane.
Especially as we are not consistent bike riders, these things you can just jump on and go.
If you ever consider taking the leap, this is way more fun than the foldable one we reviewed 😂

Totally agree with this.
The pedal assist is nice, but it would be insane if it reacted better to your peddaling.
Not sure if it is possible to add an after market sensor?

Mine is restricted to 25km/h, I received it yesterday. And I manage to unlock it at 50

@@vanlifetipstech The activation of the throttle handle and speed limiter is blocked on recent models, but there is a solution!
As soon as you open the settings menu, i.e. by simultaneously pressing + and -.
Then you must hold down the + button for 15 seconds.
After that, the screen should display 63 KM/H, which means that the speed limit has disappeared and that the throttle handle also works without limitation.
If you hold the + button again for 15 seconds in the settings menu, you can reset it again.
