Oh my goodness, Ms. Tobias, I am a 71 year old retired Dialysis RN. I’ve just listened to 3 of your lectures and learned a remarkable explanation of “who I am!” I always just called myself “ mechanical”. What a refreshing and loving way to open the minds of the “team.” Thank you & I will be looking for more.

When i'm whatching this, i am thinking that how most teachers are trying to fit our kids in one box without recognizing their nature. I think training like this must be given in all educational places.

So amazing how teachers are aware and able to use the techniques to teach so many kids in the class. Its also very important for Parents to be aware of differences in each of their own kids. I know many parents that were shocked in how long it took them to teach 1 lesson to their kids during Covid. What a teacher conveys to kids in 45 minutes could take hours to teach their 1 child. Thanks for this clip!

I have both analytical and global mind management.

Interesting categories. I'm at least both analytical and global and I suspect most people fall somewhere on the spectrum. Similarly, a three-dimensional spectrum exists outlined by the three poles of auditory, kinetic, and visual processors wherein people may locate their nature. There is a drawback to always getting along with everyone, however. A certain amount of contentiousness seems to signal a savvy that many people perceive as the sign of a good leader.

Oh my this is such a familiar occurence at home with my partner. And I get frustrated bec he doesnt listen to explanations, not flexible at all. And me though I am a bit the same but I can shift so I dont get too stressed.
