I believe the cape at 2:33 is from the Lando Calrissian minifigure in 75175 A-Wing Starfighter. The torso at 8:46 is from the Lavertus minifigures in 70134 Lavertus' Outland Base and 70129 Lavertus' Twin Blade. The cape at 8:54 is from the Young Lando minifigure in 75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon (Lando loves his capes!).

Idea: Using Falcon Archer from Minifigure series 24 as a base and swapping out the head and hair for a gruff warrior face and the hood from Star Wars Jedi Barress Offee, you can create a Ranger of the Falcon Knights. Series 24 is great for medieval army building particularly orcs and Falcon Archers.
You should make the rat creatures from the "bone" books if you can out of Lego, I don't know if it's possible to make them but I think they'd look great as villains in your fantasy world. Another idea would be Atlantians and maybe even an Atlantis castle or something.

I would say Zane’s ZX outfit with a black cape on the outside and a red cape on the inside (much like Lando’s cape) coupled with a white hood piece. I think that would be fairly accurate to Ezio Auditore. But if you want a more realistic Assassin. I would say Cole ZX outfit together with a black hood piece.

Well, I encourage you to try a technique I belive I found - you can put together spiked shoulderpads from scout, a cape and fur from the noble to make a part of a wild fighter, for example high mountain orc barbarian
I actually created my minifig, she's a Rogue, with Elf armor, a dagger, a back quiver and replaced a bow with a brick build bow based on the Lego Dragon Age moc/fan built sets.
Another suggestion for a character for ur fantasy world,make a serpant god former leader of a clan of snake warriors but kicked out for being too good at fighting and accused him for using witchcraft which was forbidden there but the clan later destroyed by the elves from the forest I did it and it looks pretty good

Oh yeah! There is currently no full-fledged medieval or fantasy series, so Harry Potter sets are great for DIY! Of course you can make a castle out of these kits! I'm sure it will turn out very nice!
I tried the technique of a broken sword sheath belt to hang the shield on someone's back, but the shield sags so much that the back bends away from the minifigure's back. Not a good idea for now. ☝️😕
