Take your emotions to Jesus, he knows how you feel. He cried knowing he could resurrect him because it’s ok to be sad. But you most also know that he’s not only a God who feels, he’s a God who can bring the dead back to life. You take your emotions to Jesus to not only feel comforted by a God who knows but also because he’s the only one that can change your situation. Joy, peace, love, hope, everything you need or want is found in him. To summarise: take everything you feel to Jesus. He knows and he’s the only one with the power to change your situation
