Something I just love about this starscream is he shows zero fear and just yells whatever he wants at megatron. Plus he's actually competent, even though his plans do get thwarted most of the time but hey it wouldn't be starscream if they worked would it? There's also the fact that this one is 100% evil, he's not even traumatized or abused since tfa Megatron and starscream had a professional relationship, this starscream just wants power and we don't feel bad for him. We just love that he's evil and crazy while having the time of his life and failing most of the time😂
Literally you're right. I just got into TFA and I quickly realized into the 3rd episode or so that this version of Starscream (and the Decepticons in general) is very menacing and an actual threat. Like, my dude was completely willing and ready to hold hostages and kill said hostages in order to get the Allspark, that, and he actually nearly succeeded in killing Megatron. I think TFA Starscream might be my favorite iteration of him, tied with TFP.

I absolutely love Tom Kenny's voice for Starscream he sounds very close to Chris Latta's voice for Starscream in g1 probably more so than Steve Blum's voice.
The self destruction addicted Star Scream, putting bombs into his clones and into the Omega Supreme clones at the final episode. Also keeps trying to betray Megatron at every opportunity.

God I loved this show series more than I ever did with transformers prime! And I loved prime but this just felt so close to G1 and bayverse put together for a kids show!

nothing will ever compare to the groveling scumbagness of GEN1 Star scream or the pure maniacal of evil TFA Starscream. the netlfix war for cybertron star scream wasn't bad. in all honesty I quite enjoyed it, but I really don't like TFP Sarscream I don't get why he's so popular compared to other versions of the character.
He most likely died back in season 1 episode 16 but he was brought back to life thanks to the all spark fragment some how got stuck in his head back in season 2 episode 3 untill the finale

Which is why he never really is. He briefly has the role in the pilot movie, but after that, he's either the leader, on his own, or stuck as a head.
