In this video we discuss a problem on projections of planes where the plane is a circle it's surface inclination is given with HP and the top view of the diameter makes an inclination with VP.
Given: Diameter of circle 50mm Surface inclination 45°
Angle Beta is 30° ( angle of apparent length as TV of diameter makes an angle ) with VP.

Sir how can I divide circle accurately into 8 equal parts

Yes you can do it as it is optional.. 12 division will give your more accurate fig and 8 division will save your time
