You could put Tanjiro from the end of the manga (after the fight with Muzan) I think his power level could be 2,800,000, I think he is stronger than Kokushibo, Cause he can perfect every form of the sun's breath
Maybe not cuz tanjiro still had less stamina to use Fire breathing while on the other hand kokushibou had strenght beyond the peak of human strength and was very agile and had greater stamina. Well things workout as he chose not to regenrate when his head was cut off
