They did not become girls. the gag here is that Zenitsu descendant fell for a trap, he thought Inosuke descendant was a girl. So he began to doubt who is a boy and who is a girl, he even asked the mom if the twins are girls, to which his sister telling him to stop.

Daki isnt that strong, and vs gyokko he was def stronger than him in his base form, he just had to divide his atenttion and strenght. If marked could one shot him, he was way stronger than him

Hand Demon isn't all that strong, he only seemed strong because he defeated a bunch of wannabe Demon slayers. The only notable Demon slayer he killed was Sabito, but I heard it was because Sabito was already exhausted and his sword was dull from slaying almost every other Demon on the mountain. Plus agility-wise Sabito was miles ahead of the hands Demon, as Sabito was able to get close enough to the Hands Demon to attempt to cut his head off.

Overall, it’s vague and will always remain a mystery. however, Demon Tanjiro is arguably tied with Yoriichi, or maybe even higher? cause he’s immortal from the Sun and from getting his head cut.
But ultimately vague, we can’t determine the winner.

Upper 6 > upper 5 if upper 6 cared about strength and ranks and not his stupid little sister he would have easily become upper 5 stated by Muzan in chapter 98 but upper 6 had his little sister and died so he isn’t stornger than upper 5 but slightly below it even which is why upper 5 > upper 6 but if upper 6 followed those things it would upper 6= 5
Meaning:
Muichiro would have soloed a upper moon 6 level character who is upper 5 and this feat puts him above tengen with tanjiro and the others but it was also marked muichiro
