Garden used an annoying shader when recording this video. You'll notice everything is very glowy. Idk how he didn't realize this would make things look bad but he was pretty tired. But what do you mean by understanding colour? Like the theme of the time spells is pink with yellow accents. Two of the enemies in the area can use time spells. The rest just use fire (the heide knights) and dark (champion of alonne guy) which are vanilla colours. In the snow area the final encounter is maybe too strong a green for looking at it for two minutes, but it's not as strong as it seems in the video. it's mohg's nihil effect but green. and then the final boss has 3 types of time spells, pink, yellow and green, colour coded based on what debuff he inflicts on you. if he casts a yellow aura everything is sped up, pink is slowed down and green is switching between the two. i did that for clarity cos otherwise it just would've felt random and unfair. these colours are also consistent with the rest of the area so they don't just come out of nowhere. i do recognize that it's a lot to have a boss fight do 3 colours, but i felt it was necessary to communicate to the player what is happening. usually fromsoft stops at 2 colours.
This looks more like a souls-like (completely missing what makes souls games souls games) game than a any fromsoft game. And why is everything so dam bright.
The first area looks like an empty unity scene with a bunch of prefabs and a reskinned dark souls 3 boss; The second area is literally ripped from ds2 with a "rougelike" mechanic that consists of random enemy spawns, oh and of course both bosses of the area are reskinned ds3 and elden ring bosses; Then another ripped model this time of firelink shrine from ds3 how original; Finally the last area is something you made up with the cut content of another game, so it's a straight line through a bunch of reskinned enemies until you fight a reskinned pontiff and finally get to the area boss or the area before the area boss which is a straight line to a cut content bloodborne boss; But wait theres more reskinned manus. Not only is this mod artistically vomit enducing with the amount of lights and spells and lack of understanding of color theory, it also spits in the legacy of the souls series. This mod is truly a childs perspective of how to improve the game just make a bunch of broken spells and weapons add back old dark souls content that doesn't fit in and make up your own reddit fanfic about how it all actually fits together. And not only that, not only have you shit all over the game that you are modding and the games you are taking animations from but you also have the audacity to put a fucking paywall and call it "early access" like you are ever going to lift it so that the 11 year old target audience of this mod finally gets access and see what a fucking joke it is. No matter how impresive this is from a modding standpoint, this and always will be embarrasing as a product and an operation.
“Rouge like” “Timed boss” “MMO raid boss” “Drastic departure from Elden ring…” What on earth was the thought process here? These ideas are horrible for a paid mod to a pre-existing game. Thank God I didn’t waist money on this.
Thats isnt everything that all elden ring mods do? Almost archthrones (the best souls mod) is exactly that, reskined bosses but with cool new weapons and spells. Maybe the colour and illumination is poor but idk maybe you can change it from the settings of the game.

Did you try to recreate Lost Izalith from Dark Souls 1? This is a bunch of assets from various other areas slapped together in schizophrenic level geometry and with eye searing colors added. The lava in particular looks fucking atrocious from all the bloom and saturation.
Your site isn't very comprehensive. Half of the links head to another video rather than explaining the details in a worded format. Also, the Blood Chapel of Raya Lucaria just shows the new Roundtable Hold info. Its also lacking in details beyond that of what is mentioned in your videos, despite there apparently being more information in-game

"reimagination" basically just takes the whole heides tower of flame area and puts lava in it. 1st Boss is literally Gael with added particles, 2nd Boss is draconic tree sentinel with little flavours added, 3rd boss is is Iudex Gundyr with lasers. You are reusing assets/movesets and claim to "create" stuff, and charge people for it. No wonder you guys have a bad reputiation.
Ok, despite the fact that I have had some issues with this mod in the past, I do admit that the area design and visual design you guys have is INCREDIBLY good. The new roundtable, the Helphen and this new area are incredibly well made!
In truth, I hope you're adding in more depth to the base game world as it feels so empty in some areas. The convergence team makes me happy with their philosophy on it and honestly with fromsoft would go back and fill in the map more.
So, the area is based on a Rogue-like design, needing to get through it in 1 go and the boss is based on an MMO raid boss These devs truly have no idea what they're trying to make, they're throwing ideas together just for the lols, without making any effort to try and link them together and make it a seamless experience
Models, visual, music are beautiful, but it is possible that every mob and bos does not cause epilepsy with every action. Literally every action causes a bunch of effects and filters that interfere with perception. I would really like to buy this on release and play it, but so far it's just unplayable

this idea is really fuckin cool but there are a lot of bad sides to it -a lot of this is just enemy ganks -WHY IS EVERYTHING GLOWING -some of it is literally just recycled content with a reskin HOWEVER -the visuals can be really cool -the idea is cool -THE FINAL PHASE OF BLOODBORNES BOSS IS SO COOL -the final boss is also really cool and quirky I’m sure all of this will change (I sure hope it does)
I don’t know if it’s just me, but the minute I finish this video I saw what could be a full on timeline. In my mind, if these times seers are almost like the cleanup crew of past ages, we see traces of dark souls, demon souls, and at the head of it, the events that have yet to come in the series. Maybe it’s just me but overall love it.❤

I have a question, how do we get all the weapons qnd armors because I downloaded the mod and the statue near Kale sell nothing I suppose the remembrence weapons are for remmebrence but how do I get every other weapons and armors
i dont know why comments are so negative, but except for the brightness or saturation, that i can understand, maybe a little less will make it better. For everything else it's really seams to me a great job for a mod, it's even more than a simple souls fan can do. Keep doing like this it's a really good work
Looks amazing and definitely looks like alot of work. But, the comments about colour are sadly true. Mostly that first area, especially with those purple dudes, the model is cool but that bright purple looks a tad dumb. Not sure how to explain it, reminds me of playing those question haft life mods on the source engine that look a bit rough. I know soul moding is a nightmare and i'm amazing how much the community can do, but...dark souls doesn't need the anime treatment. Brighter isn't better. Sometimes subtle is the way to go. Like the Northern limit looks great...until the blinding green kicked in... Don't want to bad talk this amazing work of talented modders but it could use some tweaking.
