Your ability to see (and define) fluid shapes within solid masses of color never ceases to amaze me. I've never before seen paint that was so visceral and sensual. And it's a living beauty; like butterfly wings. Just gorgeous work.
I can't believe that you continue to shock me over and over. Are there no bounds on your pure brilliance? The contrast between the top and bottom allows the sense of motion and explosion of color to be radiant! I am so blessed to be able to witness your gift.
I’m a brand new subscriber as of tonight and I have to tell you this is so beautiful. Saying it’s beautiful is so limited. It’s stunning it’s inspiring it’s magical. I’m excited to see your other creations
Thank you very much Corinne 😀 💙 I never use silicone, this technique is using the Sheleeart pouring medium and Floetrol. There are quite a few French members who have taken the class. If you head to www.sheleeart.com you can find out all about it, there are subtitles. I have a 15% discount code you can enter too it's sheleeart15NDA Once signing up you will also gain admission to the private group where you can chat with the other French members and they will tell you which products to buy to achieve this
Thank you Laurie 😊 💙 I do explain in the text on screen when I did it, it's to remove a certain part only. So the part closest to the edge spins off rather than all of it
Awesome. Unique. Love it. But for the cell activator you havent really said if its 50 50 with the paint or 60 40 or given any kind of ratio. I get that you dont measure but can you estimate what your ratio is otherwise its difficult to use your recipe? What does the interference paints do that's different than regular acrylics? I have a cake slicer that may work as a large pallet knife. Is it best to only swipe once and do a large area? Thanks Niki
Thank you 😊 🤍 others do 3 - 4 parts floetrol to 1 part of paint. The reason I don't put a ratio is that all paints have different consistencies, hence why I explain how I like the consistency to be when mixed. As for your spatula use whatever you feel comfy with, only swipe once otherwise you'll bring up the pillow/base which will distort your cells
@@NikiDArt Yes I just learned that.I put down what I thought was enough pillow to cover the sides yet when tilted it didnt go down the sides but when I put on the colors and blew I ended up seeing a lot of the white pillow paint.I then added more color and activator and blew but I kept having the same problems. Is a spinner the only way to get the pillow to cover the sides? How do you know exactly how much pillow to put on? Why did my colors get lost in the pillow paint? lol. This is much harder then it looks when you guys do it.Thx Niki
It sounds like maybe you're blowing too hard and this bringing up the pillow paint? Yes it really is lots and lots practice basically, try using tiles to start with
Truly beautiful…I love the Pebeo gold I’ve been using it from when I started last year as couldn’t get 24k gold and don’t think I’ll look back now ( although if I get the chance to buy 24k prob will 😂)…you just seem to make this look effortless which I know it’s not ( by the way in Hobbycraft UK Pebeo paints are in the sale for £2…as you can imagine I went and had a spending spree hehe ) xx
Because the pillow is house paint and it burns and skins over, also there's varnish in my colours which is flammable. I do torch lightly if there are a lot of bubbles
@@NikiDArt I'm confused. I know these chemicals are flammable yet most recipes call for them,be it the varnish or minwax or other harsh chemicals, and I see most of the artist using a torch on the painting despite this danger.
WOW you're right about liquid gold! 💖💖💖👏👏👏🇦🇺
Thank you Janice 😀 💙 This is by far the best brand of gold I've used!

I absolutely love that one, but why do you move the painting out from the center to the edge?

Your paint IS very thick Niki how long does it take to dry? Stunningly awesome!! thankyou. cheers from WA
Yes it is lol, I cover with a box to slow down the drying time when it's warm so it doesn't crack. Usually takes around two days for them to dry
This is exquisite
Thank you so much 😊 💙

Interference pigments throw off different colours depending on the angle and light, that's why I was angling it in the video to show the colours

Why dont you use a torch or heat gun instead of a skewer to pop the bubbles?
Because the pillow is house paint and it burns and skins over, also there's varnish in my colours which is flammable. I do torch lightly if there are a lot of bubbles
