This time, we're looking for a common room to rent in SIngapore for my sister. Details of the apartments below:
1. Parc Palais
Asking price: $1,250 and $1,450
Location: 59 Hume Ave, Singapore 598748
Nearest MRT: Beauty World Station
2. The Arte
Asking price: $1,650
Location: 21 Jln Raja Udang, Singapore 329215
Nearest MRT: Toa Payoh and Novena Station

still EX-PEN-SIVE ! for smaller budgets there are Co-living options with Habyt, it's well known. You get more amenities for a lower price and in general people are well screened PS: I dont work for them haha

looks like the rental price went down. i think the rental price for Parc Palais . depending on her needs and how far the MRT , i think the 1450 room is bigger and has better breathing room than the 1250 room. I used to stay with a few other tenants living in similar size room and eventually they moved up to the 1450 room whenever there is tenant leaving hahaha ...
also should consider how much they are asking for the agent fee and also deposit. i would usually not take if they ask for Agent fee. in my opinion it should be bear by the owner.
