  • Our family went to the Airborne trampoline park. What started as a fun activity ended with Connor getting injured by landing on his arm the wrong way. He's fine now, no broken bones, but we had a little scare there. Overall we think it's a good place to go, just have to be careful. Thanks everyone!

Thank you for sharing your family's experience. I am thankful Conner's arm is OK. (I had wondered if the elbow may have dislocated). I like your very positive interactions with your boys, and that you use clear and complex language when speaking with them that put words to concepts (like spread your body weight out- roll) . I think they are doing so well as your family shares experiences together.

I’ve been to a trampoline park twice, and yeah, they’re really good for autism sensory input and output. Last time I went was during autism awareness/acceptance day in 2019, and the park dimmed the lights and noise so it was really nice for any autistic kids who have sensory issues, and it was really fun playing and meeting other autistic kids (I was 19 though). I’m glad Connor’s okay after sustaining his elbow injury btw

Conner’s fall looked bad. I’m glad he’s okay. He reminds me of myself. I have autism as well. I like to rough house too and I have been to the ER 6 times. The last time I went my sister and were rough housing and one of my sensory things is jumping. Well my sister and I were jumping on the couch. I stopped, my sister pushed me on accident and I ended up in a full arm cast since I broke both bones in my right arm.(I still don’t listen and like to climb and jump on everything.)Point is that I’m glad Conner is okay and that the good news is that unlike me, Conner didn’t break a bone or anything. You guys are a great family.

6 times to the ER what happened the other 5 😂 hope ur ok I’ve cracked my head open twice once in 2021 bc I had a seizure and hit my head on my headboard or dresser we now have protective corners there 😂 and once when I was 4

@@DogLover1718 dang. I used to climb on furniture a lot. If I wasn’t climbing on it I was holding onto it because I used to have mobility issues due to seizures and I once pulled the whole bookshelf down on myself. Another time I sliced open a pretty deep cut in my eyebrow, and another time I broke 4 teeth because I fell forwards again. We actually had to get rubber bumpers and a foot ball helmet it got that bad

Yikes I’m sorry to hear that. Luckily I’m not a exercise person the most serious injury I had was when I was younger when I was making too much noise from vocal stimming because I didn’t like the loud music the teacher was playing so another teacher in that room called The Team (basically they were like security) and all 3 of them cornered me with desks and tried to grab me but when I tried to escape them they pushed me and grabbed my arm to twist it and I had to wear a sling for about 2 weeks

I can relate with Connor situation. The issue I have is slow reflexes. When I see a problem I see it than have to decide how to react. That delay causes a lot of injuries. I think Alister like the compression of the foam.

Thank you so much for this, it was so wholesome and genuine. I really appreciated how encouraging and sensory-friendly you all are. I turned 21 this year and I found out I'm autistic about a month ago, it's been a crazy experience but your channel has been so refreshing. It's been a steep learning curve trying to figure this out on my own, and though your channel is a recent find for me, it's been incredibly helpful as I try to learn new coping behaviors and better mentalities to internalize.

Thank you for sharing all of this with us. I more recently found your channel and I appreciate you guys.
Not sure if you guys respond to comments… but I was really wondering if you are aware of a lot of accounts on tictock where the people say they are autistic… I thinking of some young women in particular. And I’m not a Dr. but I’m a little confused as to how they received that diagnoses. Like I know Autism is on a spectrum and had different severity’s. I guess I am just wondering if you have checked out some of these accounts and what it is that YOU think of them.

Have seen that you show videos where your son is having terrible stomach pain. Why not give him a good quality vegan pre and probiotic gummy and teach him how to enjoy apples and pears and have him drink sunsweet prune juice NOT from concentrate coax him, even a few sips will help also Calm gummies (magnesium) and some smarty pants vitamins. No dairy, and limit processed foods. There is also a spray that's tasteless that you can spray in his mouth 3 times per day, it helps remove the metals from his body. Being so constipated with pain can very dangerous and is not necessary. Change his diet :)

There is something you might want to know about autism and religions.
I saw that you were a part of the church of laterday saint on a video 5 years ago.
I don't know if this is still up to date but i couldn't command dirrectly on it.
Your boys will have a *far* greatest chance of actively disbelieving the religion once adult then "normal" children.
It is very important that you read about this fact and that you do not let him down once that will be put in the table.
That is not anybody's fault, that is just how we are hard-wired. Naturalist to the core, cannot believe anything without evidence. No metaphor, no bs. Just facts.
I have myself lost a parent because of this. (Under catholicism)
And i know M0rmons even more easily excomuniate and socialy isolate dissidents, this is why it seemed very relevant.
