Darko Lifting Thresher Pad Unboxing and First Lifts

Today we are taking a look at the Darko Lifting Thresher Pad. Originally wanting a seat pad for lat pulldowns on my monster slinger the thresher pad goes even further than just being a seat pad. If you listen carefully throughout the video you can hear my gremlin talking in the background. I apologize for rambling/word jumbling near the end of the video during the lifting portions as I was in a rush to finish the voiceover. In the future I do have the stray dog strength lat seat pad as well as the sorinex bulldog pad. I might do a 3 way comparison of them in the future make sure you subscribe to stay tuned. How does it perform (specifically rows) in comparison to that bulldog pad?

Its easier to set up the thresher pad for rows and other uses in general. But in terms of row performance it’s pretty equal footing. You might get more ROM with a bulldog pad because the underside of it takes up less real estate. If I had to pick I would go with what you can get cheaper
