  • About 40 percent of Mexican immigrants deported from the US are sent back through Tijuana. Many of the deported border crossers have established a makeshift shantytown inside a dry, concrete riverbed where the Tijuana River once flowed-called El Bordo.

I am mad at everyone in a way. Meaning both Mexico and US. A lot of what has happened stems further back than just 30 years. I think why everyone is mad is that all people can think of is this now and it’s people as trying to take advantage as one thing when it’s not in fact true. I guess the lack of humanity is what is angering. I’m not picking sides, just wanted to point that out

Because central banks control almost the entire country and the US is put as a super power and if they see any country rising into power they feel threatened. All politics run with each other they don’t care about their people lol wars are for profit, veterans come back from war and the government can’t even take care of them in America. Open your eyes man. The US government supplies the drug cartels where else do they get all these guns from. Cartels feed the Mexicans government money and the US profits from it. Something not many people will understand

The saddest part about the entire boarder issue is there's SO many good people who just want to work and provide for their families like Avimael. They can and want to be contributing citizens and live a normal working class life. I feel for him as I work with many Mexican men who sacrificed everything to be in the USA working, away from their families, and sending money back home to ensure they're taken care of. Any man that makes THAT sacrifice is beyond respectable and deserves the chance to do so.

I often consider the horrible situations of places in Guatemala, Colombia, Venezuela, MX, and the mudshit in in Europe, Africa, Chicago, LA Philly Miami Boca MArthas Vineyard and such... and i really wonder if I would stay and fight to make it better at home or run away to try to make a life where i dont belong like LIBERIA where they wouldnt allow me to legally own a house or get a job in Holland where i couldnt legally work or rent a place to live for more than 90 days or whatever. It is nice to think people are trying to keep their omes nice by keeping people like me from just moving there and changing the demographic and taking up what little space they have for their own// There are 100 angles to consider before just crying equality and opening up someine elsesback yard to roaving campers like me...

susan osborne They are not better, they are regular people like you and me; all they want is to be able to work and provide for their families. Not everyone has a chance to become legal, but everyone does have a choice to improve their lives. Some chose to come to USA illegally because the other choice is to live in proverty for the rest of their lives. Coming to the USA illegally is extremely dangerous, some people don't make it and die on the way. Don't judge them or think you are better than anyone else just because you had the opportunities they didn't.

Everyone has a chance to become legal, and unless you can prove to me otherwise I think it's full of shit. Coming to the USA can be as safe and you make it should you have a brain. Apparently most illegals don't, minus the ones that are here illegally cause of their parents that legally migrated.

    • @mujerazteca18
      @mujerazteca18 7 років тому +1

James R I actually work for a private immigration office, so I know it can be extremely difficult; especially for Mexicans. First of all, you need a immediate relative (spouse, parent, sibling, child) to apply for you, if you happen to be over the age of 21, in most cases, the wait time to legally come to the USA is 20 Years (Look up Visa Bulletin on State dot gov website). Now, if your relative dies during that wait time, then you are practically left with nothing. There are no diversity visas available for Mexico, and some people are lucky to get a visitor visa, but they are not allowed to work. And some people do not even have a relative that can apply for them.

I wish things were different and I wish it was easier for all to get citizenship in this country. No hard working decent person that contributes to society should have to suffer like this. I’ve met very few hispanic people who don’t work extremely hard for the things they have.

CapmOfTheSea Of course, mate! But the thing is, this guy was an actual part of society. He had a family, a job, and was contributing to society as a whole compared to many who are born here and do absolutely nothing with what they're given. Since he didn't have a green card, they separated him and his family and left him with absolutely nothing because even his own country doesn't really want him back.
I mean fuck dude, our fucking working force contains a shit ton of illegal immigrants, just look at all the people picking our fucking fruits. That's not even a joke, lmao. They literally hire people from other countries for little to nothing and they happily accept because it's an opportunity to help families back at home, and gives them a small glimmer of hope they can move to America. Too bad America has a history of being the biggest fucking twat ever.

We left our whole life behind in the USA. We made it here in Mexico until We got older, it is hard to find work when you are older then 50, if you do find work you are lucky and Blessed, the pay is really bad but work is better than no work. Now we find ourselves without a lot of things, washer, stove, car, just barely eating.we want to go back to the states. No Mexican government help here. There is more opportunity in the USA then Mexico

Damn it, We need to do better with Human compassion and cooperation. This was very hard to watch here in my air conditioned job.
I myself fell to drugs and am now trying to get my son back and out of the motel I'm staying in. I've been clean now 2 years and still trying to fix what I destroyed.
I feel lucky, I feel guilty, I want to help, I sit here and cry. No one should have to be out like that anywhere. Not with all the resources and with all the food that goes bad and is thrown in the trash daily.
Whole neighborhoods of empty houses falling in... Whole generations dependent on drugs for happiness. When will Humanity learn to work together and share. How many thousands of years have we been on this planet? We are still failing each other.
Prayers of Strength, Hope, Tenacity and Love. ❤️

Before another ignorant (and very sheltered) person says "well, they shouldn't have illegally crossed" think about the grave circumstances they are put in to have to leave their own country. They are poor, they are starving, they are in danger, they have families, and/or they want to better their lives. Instead of pointing fingers and being assholes, see how you can help. Remember that it only takes a few bad things to happen for ANYONE to fall to their knees.

You reap what you sew, and these destitute people are absolutely America’s responsibility now. I agree, life in a suburb won't compare with that of a poor neighborhood especially one that has deportees coming in with no money or anything, in Mexico. primarily in tijuana. just like any country you'll find good spots and bad ones. just depends on the country.

The term suburb was used in irony...so they refer to it as the suburbs because it's supposed to be away from the city or in this case from society. The title threw me off first, but then it made sense, although in an insensitive manner.

Disculpa al naco que utilizando el nombre de un gran hombre, se burla de aquellos cuales son menos afortunados que el y que a diferencia de Don Pancho Villa publica en anonimato--como el ostentato onanista que es.

Jacob Lance it’s not hard to comprehend, it’s the way you word things. no one is taking offense to what you are saying nor do we care because it’s your opinion but if they had the opportunity to do it right they would’ve. so therefore no one is taking an offense

being a mexican myself, i somehow know or at least im suspicious that he really doesnt want to work and just makes up excuses so that the police wont arrest him, living here in mexico, you see a lot of people that just prefer living in the streets or beg for money instead of wanting to work

@@gerardosajidgamezsanchez6962 yes homeless people exist everywhere. As creative handle said, the cost of mental illness economically is probably the single biggest health cost because as a society we tend make comments like "prefer living in the streets or beg for money" instead of doing something to treat the diseases. As a Mexican, I see the indigenous living in poor conditions and get treated like black people are in the usa.
