  • In this special 3-PART MASTERCLASS, we drop you inside a Tony Robbins Business Mastery seminar to learn HOW TO BUILD A BRAND, SHOWCASE YOUR X FACTOR, and BRING YOUR UNIQUE PRODUCT or SERVICE to a COMPETITIVE MARKET.
In PART ONE, you'll see Tony Robbins in a one-on-one interview with GAIL BECKER, Founder and CEO of CAULIPOWER, a wildly successful brand that has revolutionized the frozen food market by introducing healthier and innovative alternatives. And the best part - Gail didn’t launch this company until the age of 52.
Becker started her career in public relations, working for prominent media companies such as Warner Bros. and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. In 2001, she co-founded "Strategic, Inc.," which specialized in providing strategic communications and media relations services to clients in the entertainment, media, and consumer sectors.
However, following the death of her father in 2015, Gail needed a change.
Emboldened by her two sons' diagnosis of Celiac Disease, Gail embarked on a mission to find both healthy and delicious alternatives to gluten-containing foods. She began experimenting with cauliflower as a substitute. After countless trial and error, Gail succeeded in creating a recipe that her family actually adored. It was at this moment that CAULIPOWER was born.
Thanks to Gail's vision and perseverance, CAULIPOWER has become one of the fastest-growing food companies in the United States -- and a $500M brand. Gail has also proven that it’s never too late to become a successful entrepreneur.

What a vision! And what common sense. And what superb results. And all of this without even knowing the sector. I had a dream: what if these women and men of excellence now fought to save our planet from an impending disaster? We might still have a chance. Who will plant this idea in their minds? Their children, perhaps?

“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.“ - Maya Angelou.
You will do a great deal today. Some things will be noticed, some will not. When you perform an action, do it beautifully for your own satisfaction.
Today, do not search for extrinsic validation. There is no number of likes that can prove your self-worth. Instead, work from a place of intrinsic motivation. YOU are the witness that matters.

Come to Europe, come to Germany. Germany is quite a bit behind places like the UK in terms of healthy, plant-based, vegan or vegetarian food, we only just started seeing great meat-replacement options here that I saw in the UK or Spain years ago, and given that bread and bread products are EVERYWHERE in Germany, I am sure that a Califlower crust for Pizza that doesn't add anything destructive and still tastes good could be quite a hit here. Try it. Vegans etc are quite intellectual in this country, usually university students who like nature and animals and are suspicious of big business. It could be a nice market. I'd buy it!

Great interview and great content as always by Tony. Quite shocking to see that Tony's youtube channel has only about 1.6 million subscribers. People who have made their careers lifting stuff off and feeding off Tony's content have 5-10 million. It is like Kyrie Irving and Devin Booker having more followers than Kobe Bryant. This anamoly must be corrected.

I guess I’m trying to figure out when to know if it’s a good idea or a bad idea like she said her product sold out just like that. So if you have you been selling something for a year and only really sold a couple should you change to a new idea. Because I have tried probably 10 different things for 10 different years and I’m starting to feel like a failure and like all of my ideas are bad and I hear other talks and they say you’re supposed to keep trying for a while but how long is a while? I’m beginning to think I just don’t have any good ideas
