It took me quite a time to master this move like a month since I was only training by myself with no help. LOL But by watching how you perform this, inspired me to train more.

thanks for the share. I'm very much looking for a good aerial cartwheel tutorial and this is by far the best and most comprehensive I've seen so far. You really mastered the art of teaching without words. Looking forward for more videos.
Your way to jump and move is so soft. This is just amazing. When i jump, my landings sound like an elephant fell from the second floor.

Lol i love how in martial arts the cartwheels are warmups instead of the actual thing like in gymnastics.

Soprattutto per la fluidità dei movimenti e poi non so come faccia il tuo corpo a essere così flessibile!! Secondo me molti maestri di Kung Fu nonostante conoscano alla perfezione le tecniche di Wushu non potranno mai essere fluidi e flessibili come te! E poi hai anche una certa eleganza!!! Complimenti veramente!!

Thanks Jade. This will go prefectly with my stick form. Traditionally in Hung gar there is no ariel, but it's good to be innovative. I have mastered the cartwheel. Next, I have to master the single hand cartwheel. Then finally no hands.
