Hahaha. I love when you think of it and scale of this just being the fallout of two powerful assassins breaking up😂😂 this is one of my favorite movies❤ so glad to see you finish it 👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾
Pai Mei is my favorite character, when he accepts Beatrix he tells her “That’s my arm now, I want it strong” The way I see it he got his revenge on Elle by taking her other eye lmao Also if you listen to Bill’s story it’s implied that Pai Mei is over 1000 years old…
Bill was wrong about Superman. Clark Kent is who Superman truly is, and Superman is who he *has* to be for the sake of humanity. In essence, Superman sees humans completely different than how Bill thinks he does. Clark Kent is not a critique on humanity, but rather a persona Superman uses to be himself and communicate with the humans.
That's what most people think which is why Bill flips it as he does, asking that we think deeper about the character. The way Bill spins it, gives more meaning to a comic book character than expected, adding more value to something as childish as a comic book.
26:22: That actor, Michael Parks is the same one who plays the sheriff at the chapel.
