how does a fall in income and corporation tax lead to a lack of AD, surely it does the opposite?
Surely to do with lower government finances so a fall in government spending
Consumers wouldn’t consume much as they have less disposable income so consumption falls. Firms have more costs due to corporation tax and will invest less causing investment to fall too.

No, people that sit out of going to work are not a part of the labour force, thus, not in themeasure of employment
@anaasacados weird my textbook said voluntary unemployment is included, that's probably an error
@@niranx_yt7084 Oh no, voluntary employment is a type of unemployment that's specifically staying out of working DUE to the current wage rates, you're right my bad, just revised it today 5 minutes before my exam LOLL however, people not working due to other reasons such as health, taking care of family, etc. are not a part of the labour force and THEY don't count in the labour rate calculation. However 'voluntary unemployment' as described earlier is counted in the calculation. Hope this cleared up the confusion! Good luck for your exam ^^
