As I mentioned in part 1, in co-op, Minions in hand must be played. However, the rules do not stipulate WHEN they must be played (only Dark Secrets have such a stipulation). So on Argot's first turn, you could've played all of his other cards first, then Vengeful Succubus, meaning he has no cards in hand (he played them all), leaving the Strike to only affect Thomas. To me, Strike cards should have a stipulation (maybe make the forced order: Dark Secrets -> Minions -> rest of the cards), but as it stands, you can leave the Minion last.
Thus, you could've defeated the Necromancer on his first turn. On Argot's second turn, he again could've defeated the Necromancer, only adding the Feral Kin to the Shadows and leaving you one more Villain to defeat.
At 17:00 when you're pondering your options, Cursed Key is already decent, but since you have Covered Bridge, you can potentially keep using Cursed Key, getting 3-Silver, discard Covered Bridge to Protect against Cursed Key's self-Destroy effect, thus putting both into your discard pile, ready to be drawn and comboed again (and again and again).
At 20:00, I believe when you were adding up your resources, you didn't count the two Cunning on Doctor Edwards, which would've given you 8 Combat, 4 Cunning, just enough to defeat the Weatherstone Gargoyle, losing your Allies, but winning the game. Especially as you were at 9 out of 10 in the Shadows, I would've gone for the victory there and then.
28:45, you had already played that Strength of Cunning which you discard for Exotic Herbs, but because you played it the Cunning card, it is no longer in your hand, thus cannot be discarded.
