Thank you! With your help I managed to disassemble and revive an orange Husqvarna 2000 that was stuck from old oil and dust. The only problem now is a cracked cam wheel (the one on the axle for the "program plug") that will probably break soon. I noticed the machine in your video had the same problem. Spare parts are still available, but quite expensive. Apart from that little plastic cam wheel, this machine appears almost unbreakable!
I’m happy to hear that my video helped you a bit.😊and yes… it is still available to buy the “fix cam”. I haven’t yet… bit I will soon… before that to out of market 🫣 the problem is to change it… I guess is very difficult. I will need to someone to do it for me… and here in Norway, last time I checked it was around $180.😢
@Karolsstudio You seem comfortable with a screwdriver, so I am sure you can just buy the spare part for €50 and replace the cam yourself. I did it, and this video showed me how to do it without disassembling anything: m.ua-cam.com/video/sxUfAHJ723M/v-deo.html The machine was totally worth it. It sews like a dream. I will probably modify it and add small lubrication holes in the places where the older machines had them. No more of that "one time lubrication" wax that jammed the machine, just a few drops of oil now and then. Keeping old machines running is just a hobby to me, but it's fun and rewarding to see them come back to life.

Great video! I just got one second hand. Excited to work with it. Do you know if plastic or metal bobbins are better in this machine?
Hei, I’m happy to hear… they sew great… you need to use the metal bobbin. I think in the end of the video I teach how to use it.
@Karolsstudio super star! Thank you for the tip 😊
Does it come by a foot controller? Thanks
Yes. This machine needs a pedal.😀
