Mayonnaise can also be made at home with healthy oil. You can store it in the fridge and use it whenever needed. But in my experience, it doesn't last for too long like the store brought Mayonnaise.
Skipping mayo in this recipe is also good. It will be a healthy vegetarian option. 👍👍

Lasan chutney freezer mein 1 month ke liye store kar sakte hai.
Hummus ko fridge mein 4-5 din store kar sakte hai.
Tahini sauce ko 3-4 din store kar sakte hai fridge mein.

Also in hummus u add water but in whole process there is no water needed most of the labenes ,or gulf, of israeli resturant they use only lamon , oliv oil only.

Water is optional. You need not add it. You can make hummus only with olive oil. But many people do not have olive oil and other oil if added more can change the flavour, hence water.
