I never even thought of this dish. It's awesome. I'm a big fan of large pasta like fettuccine noodles and also like the cream sauce idea with the Pesto. Thats some real comfort food. Little tip: keep some water you cooked the pasta in and add it to the sauce. Then add the almost cooked pasta in the sauce with the water and heat it until it’s al dente.
It works for all types of pasta sauces.
