Good evening Tiff and family, I am hoping for your health to improve, I was placed on a heart monitor too, and I am now diagnosed with afib (atrial fibrillation). My heart specialist prescribed me some Cartia XT for my heart, and I have not had any shortness of breath, fast pacing, or weakness, since I started the meds. I wish you the best and I will ask the Lord for a speedy recovery. Love Deborah

Praying for you! Have they ever said you have anxiety? I went through the same thing and nothing showed up on heart monitor after four times. I had to limit coffee which I barely would drink and limit coffee. Start paying attention to what is going on when you start feeling bad. you might have to tell your doctor that this might be an option. You are like me that want everything in order and always doing something. I hope you can get some help. Look up anxiety and see the symptoms

Hey chick! Have you started the “pause” yet? Gurl when I started the “pause”, I have been dealing with soooo many symptoms. Heart palpitations, irritability, crazy long periods and go for a few months and no period, and then periods back again, hair loss, anxiety, depression, dizzy spells. Gurl, it is REAL!! When our hormones begin to decrease it affects our body and the mental. If you haven’t already, get your hormone levels checked. What’s crazy is the only symptom I didn’t get was hot flashes! Hope you feel better! Tell the family I said “hey” ❤
