    Just finished making your recipe and it came out gloriously. I did add the pistachio paste to the frangipani and it contributed a lovely dimension to the completed tart. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe with us.❤

      Pistachio paste is simply processed or ground pistachios till they become a paste, just like peanut butter but with pistachios instead of peanuts

    Oh, my mom adores both apricots and almonds - apricots are probably one of her favourite foods ever. I'm definitely going to give this a try next time I find good apricots!

    Beautiful! But I have a question about your walnut filled dome mousse cake - one of the viewers had commented that it he walnut nougat was a bit hard , therefore difficult to bite ! Any suggestions to make it softer ??

      Hi! Sorry I just saw your comment.. I haven't seen the comment you meant yet! I'll get there eventually 😆 The caramel filling is chewy but shouldn't be hard, an easier and safer way to do it is to simply roast the walnuts and add them to a simple toffee sauce or a caramel sauce, freeze them and use them for the insert. You can either use a ready dulce de leche, cook some sweet condensed milk, or make your own thick caramel sauce using sugar, cream and butter.. you can check out my caramel entremet recipe and use that caramel sauce for the insert instead.. I hope this helps 😘❤

    what is almond meal should i just take almonds and just simply grind it

      you can buy almond meal or flour ready if not, you can make your own by grinding some almonds, make sure not to over grind them as they will start releasing oil and turn into a paste.
