Awesome, I did it in a small plane and we got lucky and the sun came out but we stepped out into deep snow
Yeah it would have been nice if we had some blue sky. Would have been a beautiful contrast with all the snow and ice!
What month of the year did you do this ride? Was it really cold ? Or not too bad?
We were there in the end of May. I don’t remember the temperature, but it was spitting snow at some places and raining in others. I don’t think it was ever much below freezing. We weren’t cold in either the helicopter or on the glacier.
