Acquired the s22 ultra....holy crap...unbelievable shots ..tripod only and the use of the pen to take the shot is bonus..can't wait to try the time-lapse on the full moon August 6th. Thank for your advice. The grid is great for composition
Great video, do you have any suggestions for getting any tip for getting a shot like a waterfall with a single picture but the waterfall looking flowing with S22 ?
This video is exactly what I needed. I'm starting a project with stargazing and sunrise/sunset timelapses. Yes, I agree with you. Hyperlapse should be renamed to Timelapse. I didn't even know my phone would do it, and I am glad I found your video/channel/book.
yes exactly,,, I saw Hyperlapse on my Samsung Note 20 and thought I didn't have Timelapse. To me also is Hyperlapse is a subset of Timelapse photography
Agree that it should be called time lapse but guessing it was a marketing decision as hyperlapse sounds a bit more fun. I like the new exposure lock for Samsung as you can actually see how to lock it, haha. I only recently learned on my note 9 that you have to hold down for a few seconds to activate it.
Good tips. Is there a way to time lapse in pro mode? Or at least auto shoot at regular intervals? I'd like to time lapse some eclipse photos but need the pro settings
you have something else on that phone mount to get it on a tripod? because the link is only the stand I don't see any way to mount that to a tripod. Is there an adapter I need? thanks for any help
2:31 So, what speed actually is "Auto"? I probably will make sure to select a specific interval next time, but otherwise is there any way to tell the original duration after the the fact?
Job well done my UA-cam brother,, the video was Very informative and to the point( NO BS ) AWESOME AWESOME !! Thank You For Taking The Time To Put it together...GregM from EXPLORING DARKNESS
I have a Galaxy S10 and there is no option to change lenses even tho the phone has 3 different lenses, yet the option is given to change between them in normal picture and video mode; makes no sense. There is no HD option either which sucks. I tried a timelapse at sunset and it went horrible. It kept adjusting to the lighting and when it got a bit darker the footage ended up really noisy/grainy. How do you fix this?
Hi. I've got a Samsung A73, I took a picture of the sky last night and when I went into my gallery a time lapse icon was flickering below the picture, I clicked on it and it turned the pic into a video. However, I clicked remove not knowing that it would remove the suggestion completely. Any help on how i can retrieve that feature please?
Hey. I am from Portugal and buy here my samsung s21 ultra. Why don't I have this timelapse on my phone? I tried many times to find it but I can't find.
Wtf are you talking about? He explained it... by talking. If you can't sit through a few minutes of a video, I highly doubt you have the patience to do this.
I do have the option on my Note 20 Ultra, but it doesn't allow me to change to the ultra wide camera, and it doesn't let me change the resolution either, only 1080p. Anyone else?
Yes I'm having the same issue with my Note 20 Ultra. I tried installing the latest updates and still nothing? Weird that they wouldn't update the app for all samsung phones with wide angle feature. Am I missing something?
I must ber missing something; it is created as a single video sped up isn't it? If that's the case it is hyper-lapse IMO, however if it is individual photos created at intervals and stitched together when produced it is time-lapse. IDK. Thanks for putting these out here, very much appreciated.
Whenever I try and capture a timelapse using the iPhone native camera app I always get an error when trying to watch it back. There is a constant loading sign and an error message that say ‘unable to load video’.
Could it be the type of video compression/codec maybe? On Samsung it lets you choose HEVC as an option, but that doesn't always play back nicely for example
shows how to time lapse on most expensive phn that nobody has and which has no bearing at all on how us ordinary punters have to do it... the whole video was just a stupid flex to boast he had a fancy phone.

Do you have a Gopro 10 timelapse tutorial?
2:31 So, what speed actually is "Auto"? I probably will make sure to select a specific interval next time, but otherwise is there any way to tell the original duration after the the fact?

how long can you record Hyper lapse?
Should be named time-lapse all the way, on all the phones !
Agree should be Time-lapse not hyper-lapse, with the option to choose interval times
My samsung a13 doesnt have hyperlapse or time lapse???

I'm not sure how you can re-enable that feature, maybe dig around in the three dots menu a bit
@MatthewVandeputte I've done that ☹️
Is there any way to change a video that's been recorded in the normal video setting to a time lapse video
Yup, you just speed it up with a free app like Capcut
how do i film blend? i didn't get that part
Does S22 Ultra have stabilisation in hyperlapse?
not sure, I'm still on the S21
how do i get it to take a photo every 30 mins?
Which Samsung phone can record videos 4K Timelape and 4K slow motion?
My Samsung Galaxy A21 has no timelapse how to install?
Hey. I am from Portugal and buy here my samsung s21 ultra. Why don't I have this timelapse on my phone? I tried many times to find it but I can't find.
it's called hyperlapse in the phone menu, swipe all the way to the right of the camera shooting modes and click More and see if its there
@@MatthewVandeputte I found it. Thank you so much!!
Why My samsung s23 doesn't have timelapse/hyperlapse
I am not a photographer. What is a holy grail shot and why is it relevant?
Im still using my s8 and note 9, still taking great picture and video, and yeah i agree they should rename it to timelapse
I miss the S8! Although I think my fav ever phone was the S10
If there is no option timlapse or hyperlapse what can i do?
Yeah I would want to know the same
There are 3rd party apps available for free
Or buy other phone
@@najmachauhan1892 some people can't afford that
Just record normal vedio and then it into fast forward vedio that's it😊 your time lapse is ready.😊😊
I don't think the 60x is a night mode, but I stand to be corrected
lov it
I need an app for Timelapse for my s22 ultra but jpg+raw sequans
Dammn dude... I was thinking how i could capture shots without gradually changing exposure manually... This made it easy
I subscribed.
I have Samsung Galaxy A23 5G 2023 and I don't have it. But thanks for video tutorial.
So much talking, so little explanation

If a few of us start hassling them hopefully they will get an update going :)
Nice bro! I agree though, the name should be timelapse, not hyperlapse

Here's a very old video I made about hyperlapse that explains it better: ua-cam.com/video/YWBpBVLQ_WU/v-deo.html
Yeah but they can take those with them if they see them
Whenever I try and capture a timelapse using the iPhone native camera app I always get an error when trying to watch it back. There is a constant loading sign and an error message that say ‘unable to load video’.
