- This is a meal I prepare every day for lunch. It takes about 20 minutes to prepare. It is extremely healthy and very tasty. I thought I'd make a video because a) I'm GoPro crazy now and b) I've had family/friends ask how I make it.
Ingredients are listed below.
- Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast (OR White Fish, OR Shrimp)
- Brown Rice (1/8 cup)
- Jasmine Rice (1/8 cup)
- Baby carrots (about 8 - 10)
- Brussel Sprouts (8 ea)
- Asparagus (5 spears)
- Broccoli cuts (1 cup or so)
- Corn (1/2 cup or so)
- Teriyaki with sesame seeds
- Extra sesame seeds (black or white)
- Salt
- Pepper
(if using shrimp/white fish, also Old Bay seasoning and all the spices I go through in this video.
