But brother, don't you think its really unorthodox for alien civilizations traveling the space and having motherships parked out of the earth atmosphere to have shuttles with wheels and wind creation as helicopter in our primitive era? Truth has to be hidden or those pesky political types with their sharp sticks will ruin everything. It's no wonder ancient truth from the world's spiritual sciences have survived where, truths of conventional science have been lost. Indeed, the link back to the original teachings still exists in the spiritual sciences. The line has been broken many times in conventional science. The last time was with the sinking of Atlantis. Much of her science was lost. After civilisation was reseeded by Hermes Trismegistus and his like, conventional science has slowly built itself back, but it is so far behind as to be laughable. The story of Elijah going up into the Heavens; As a boy in school during RE lessons, the teacher read this passage to the class and we all shouted out that Elijah was going up in a spaceship. It was obvious to us 13 year olds. The teacher was not happy with this interpretation - ho ho.
Oddly enough in the 60s and 70s growing up in south Texas, all the clergy I was taught by interpreted Enoch, Jacob, Elijah, Ezekiel, and others, as having actual physical contact with God, and going up in vehicles that God was using to transport them to where he lives. I don’t know when this other business started about everything being allegorical and metaphorical. But it artificially props up patriarchy and excuses the lie told in the first chapter of Genesis, where God pretends he existed before light was created by the void of space. In actuality, we all know the void of space was there before anything, and the big bang created light and light interacted with the dark matter and dark energy to become self perpetuating matter and life that no longer require the void’s interaction to keep creating indefinitely. The source… Outer space… The void… Whatever you want to call it… It’s like any mother who wants their child to wean and go off to live life & procreate on their own, without assistance of the mother. As above so below. As below so above. That’s really all you need to know is that everything is an image and similitude… that nothing ever breaks the rules of the original source. Unfortunately you’re still in darkness by letting him manipulate you. Ruach means air, wind and breath. Which is why in Genesis it says God breathed air (ruach) into Adam’s nostrils. Now use his delusional interpretation for ruach as a spaceship and re-read the scripture…. That would mean that God breathed a (spaceship) into Adam’s nostril. That makes zero sense.
When Genesis says “And the spirit of God hovered over the face of the deep.” It was referring to air and wind. Which is why right now as I type wind, air is hovering over everything outside and wind, air is outside all day everyday. Do you see spaceships outside all day everyday, NO, but you do most definitely feel the air and wind blowing.
My eyes have been opened to what my heart has been growing increasingly troubled by for years. Thankyou Paul & Mauro. New doors are opening for me in my search for Truth.

It's the people that don't want to repent. Check the other part of the verse it's written "soldiers of lawlessness" so its about people who never intended to repent in the first place. They claim to have done things but Jesus never confirmed their claims, they're liers.

@@mrmegabuckssongs well, i didnt intend to generate a polarised debate. Personally i have been a member of both African traditional ways of life, according particularly to my tribal customs, and also part of two major Christian faiths, i had lots of questions that made me dig deep. I understand that ancient history is very confusing and not straight. But at the same time, reading far n wide has made me appreciate that the seamless story as told by the church about God n origins of everything is flawed too. The more i listen to others who are considering the same, the more im convinced that there is something wrong! Africa is at another level, they dont read, so our relatives are in a funny craze! In one town u can find over 5000 churches all teaching differently in the name of Jesus! Its the craziness im talking about! Painfully, they are being mistreated and misused in them while they are thinking it is a way of life that pleases God!

Thank you for this wonderful presentation! I have been waiting for this episode and in the meantime I read Mauro’s book. I WANT MORE! This topic of study is so important and I hope that you gentlemen take us further down the rabbit hole. My father was a Methodist minister when I was growing up and like it or not, I did my fair share of bible reading. Even as a child I knew something didn’t sound right and my non church going grandfather actually pointed out some of these things to me around the age of 10 and we bonded over it. He would have loved this series!

At the beginning of the "revolt" in my own mind several decades ago, When I was taken to church by my mother or grandmother, if what I was hearing didn't resonate with me, I was convinced that my own discernment was surely happening for a good reason, not without sometimes feeling guilty, along with it. which I thought; if I'm wrong God, in his infinite wisdom will know how to forgive me. Now that feeling is over, I am always looking for a way to express all this to others. now the fight is against the resistance that comes in the form of accusations of practicing "new age" religions, of pagan practices etc, etc,... not without being advised to repent so that I can be forgiven. I have a brother who is a pastor, in fact he is a magnificent human being, but he tells me that it causes him great sadness to see how I have deviated from the path and how it hurts him that I offend God in this way by displacing him because of what I find in "biased information" .
Those won’t be with us when the change comes but have other places their souls belong. Let them go their way. They don’t need saving from themselves. ❤

The Bible says, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men." The Word? I have no idea what that is. I remember so clearly sitting in my bedroom as a child in the 70s and pondering about the Biblical stories. I was brought up as a Anglo Catholic, and attended church each week. I was suddenly struck with the thought that perhaps the angels were from outer space! I wondered if Mary had an encounter with another being ! I thought about the lights in the sky . I remember running downstairs to share my thoughts with my devout mother. She listened intently and with interest, but I remember a flash of fear come across my mother’s face! As I was saying, “ mum , what if Jesus was an alien? These thoughts never left me , and I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to find your channel a few years ago Paul ! I eventually left the church , soon after my confirmation. I had studied the meaning of the Creed , and as an 11 year old, struggled with the concept of denouncing all other religions. My mother understood and blamed it on my Celtic blood lol she did this as an explanation for all my psychic abilities as a child.
I still have a great fondness of the church, and some of the wonderful priests I met . One priest who would listen to my hypothesis with interest, was our parish priest ( Father Peter Cobb ) had taught Theology at Oxford and was so generous to listen to a young girl 🙏

The hardest time in any Religious person's life is to have their beliefs in religion challenged. Especially Christianity - which I was born into and indoctrinated in my whole upbringing. I went onto indoctrinate my 3 children. I became a teacher of woman's bible study, and counselor of single women. I immersed myself in Comparative Religious studies in order to convert those of different religions to Christianity.
Life can dish out the unexpected - and that happened to me, after my 40+ some lifetime years - when I was learning the Biblical Ancient Language and had an epiphany... Words translated into the bible were "off". Of course, my teacher and pastor had all kinds of explanations that did not convince me "I was wrong", but rather that I had shaken them and they were resistant to the truth.
I spent 5 years struggling to hold together the "reality I knew" since birth. I struggled with: "Had i really been indoctrinated into a false religious belief?" I felt sick, my mind was in a battle, I feared HELL if I let go of my beliefs.
It took another 5 or so years to embrace the truth - and that was after a lot of reading and study.
To accept that the bible is a compilation of older non-religious books that are a history of "off world visitors" doesn't take away a belief in God or Jesus - it just puts the story in a different perspective.
This comment describes where I am right now. If you don’t mind, how did you come to the truth you describe after that five years? And what are your thoughts now on God and Jesus and hell?

You are absolutely correct - the Spirit of God is not what you think - and you don't have to be 'religious' to engage with 'the Something'. I'm continually manifesting everything I want in life by giving myself to the 'Force of Nurture' which exists at every scale from the quantum to the cosmological level (similar to the Mandelbrot set). Consequently, I'm completely content and fulfilled and I have no anxieties, fears of depression. I've come to this 'state' because I've followed the Guidelines of Problacism for the last few decades.

As Arabic speaker: RoH = Spirit ReH = Wind. And you probably know that vowel letters in Arabic don’t normally interfere with root meaning. The root word. We have root of 3-4 consonants regularly. With with vowel or short vowels (harka) in between.
btw: h in Arabic is in Hebrew ch like the name Yochim

I have tried reading the Bible many times throughout my life and every time I've tried I knew in my heart and soul that it had been changed and I could not bring myself to continue reading it. I was filled with frustration and at times anger because I believe that God is a loving and forgiving God and that isn't always the case in the Bible. It's a story of a violent family acting incredibly irresponsibly! It's been altered through translation to be a device to control humans through fear. That was started in Egypt with by the Priests who really liked the privilege they gained and didn't want to loose that privilege and power if the people ever found out what they they were selling was snake oil. The tradition continues today, unfortunately. Both the humans that crafted religion and the violent irresponsible Annunaki are despicable and neither should be revered.
I decided to read the entire Bible when I was 12 motivated by the fact that I want to be a Pastor. I was disenchanted with it afterwards. I couldn't help but wonder if it was really God it was talking about. I couldn't reconcile the cruelty and it's contradiction that he gave us free will to choose. It just didn't make sense how he could be mad at humanities actions while he said we have the free will to choose our path.

I think it’s obvious Wallis has fallen for the lies of the current form of Christianity in that anything negative in the Bible is shunned and only the positive message of the New Testament is acceptable. This is NOT the complete message our Father has for us. God is love, but He is also righteous and jealous and can show mercy and compassion on whomever He will (Romans 9:15). Why do we forget that He is Holy and has a right to discipline those who blatantly defy Him, worship false gods, hurt His People, or cause evil and tyranny on earth? Oh, that’s right. Wallis seems to think the same thing, that we can come to God on our own terms, and since God is love, He should accept us and any of our feeble efforts with open arms. This is HERESY and WICKEDNESS that has permeated the Christian Church. It presents God as a hippie Santa Claus (there to grant us all our requests) instead of the Holy, Jealous, Righteous Being He is. Thus, the modern church presents a FALSE GOSPEL.

Actually, no. The thing is, you WANT the Old Testament god to be your god because YOU need a punishing figure to justify your own dual nature. Jesus told you it is over. He came to complete the law, which is the covenant. The Old Testament should be showing you what you are free from, and it is just setting up the bonafides for the messiah.
But also is the issue that Jesus renounced the god of the priesthood as being his father, and this was supported when he said that following the commandments was okay because they are good rules…notice he didn’t say they were sacrosanct and obeying them was mandatory.
Also, gentiles don’t need Jesus to free them from the covenant because they were never part of it. Indeed, as Jesus knew his end was approaching, he sent the apostles out and specifically told them to only talk to the ancient Hebrews, not the gentiles. Why? Because he came for them! He is THEIR messiah. But if you want to be his follower, then realize he is a teacher and you are sitting in class reading war porn.
Most of the New Testament is also to be ignored. Jesus said that churches weren’t necessary because talking about him is church, yet so soon after his death, the apostles were instructing on how to be a church. Their stated opinions and ideas did not come from their short time with Jesus, but from their life experiences as members of their faith. You can check this easily by cross referencing their dictates to churches against what is recorded of Jesus’s teachings.
I hope you do it, because Jesus was wonderfully enlightened…a truly beautiful soul.
His specific teaching was indeed to love your brother. He said to not judge others, but see your own flaws and fix yourself. He said to not hate and fight, even if it was warranted and justified in your own reckoning of righting a wrong.
When he said he did not come in peace, he was talking about his role in the society of the time…he was upsetting the religion and culture of his people, tearing apart families and the status quo. He was not advocating for violence, nor justifying it…

We are very fortunate now in the 21st century to have so much bold and innovative interpretations of ancient history - such as those of Paul and Mauro in this YT channel - I remember as a student in the 1980s pondering over these odd words in the OT, Elohim and the Nephelim, and getting nowhere because of a lack of access to resources. Erich von Danikken’s books in the 70s opened my eyes to extraordinary possibilities, and Paul is a worthy carrier of the torch of free and radical enquiry. I have ordered some of Paul’s books, and look forward to an enlightening read. 😊

You are right about the Filipino story Paul. I have lived most of the last five and a half years in the Philippines, and have not seen it mentioned there. "Tagalog" comes from two words in the language of the tribes around the rivers near what is now Manila, the national capital, and is the colloquial name for the national language known on Google Translate as "Filipino". It's a contraction of "Taga-ilog" which means "From the river". That's what the tribes called themselves. It's difficult to say if the object actually came up from the river, or just hovered over it. For example, my wife is a Higaonon tribeswoman from Northern Mindanao, the most southerly main island in the archipelago. The name of the tribe derives form "higa" "to live or reside", "gaon" "mountain or highland" and "onon" "people". Their language is distinct from the main spoken languages of Tagalog and Cebuano. As is the case with interpreting the words like "ruach" and "kavod" in the Bible, it's important to understand the meaning of "Tagalog" when pointing to similarities in the stories. It's certainly true that the word lends itself to comparison with both the Biblical and Popul Vuh stories.

@WK P I wish to give you an advice: in order to learn more about the Bible, history & interpretation of old texts, you should learn some Latin. Latin was European meta-language, especially of the Church & diplomacy for over a millenia. Knowing some Latin, you'll understand all European languages (except Magyar and Finnish) - believe me, I've tried. I've travelled through half of European lands with basic Latin, and it worked perfectly, like in Middle Ages - the easiest was Romania, then Romance languages, then Germanic and Slavic. Same goes with reading & understanding ancient texts, it's planty of its photographies and trans-scriptions (meaning rewriting with another alphabet) on NET nowadays.
My old professor of Latin had a saying: "English language is sloppy (lazy) pronounced grammarless Latin." I see you already know English, you should go a level higher

--- I have pondered if there is a connection, between the “monotheistic redaction” in 6th Century BCE, and the “Enuma Elish”.
--- In “Enuma Elish”, Marduk BECOMES “LORD God”, by retrieving the “Tablets of Destiny” (like “Ark of the Covenant”) from Tiamat, after which, all the other “Gods” pledge “Oaths” to Marduk.
--- In the Bible, the “LORD God” in Genesis, Ch 2, the “Garden of Eden”, seems to be Sumerian God, the Anunnaki “Enlil”, with Enlil’s brother, “Enki”, as the “Serpent”.
--- By Genesis, Ch 6, the “LORD God” seems to be “Enki”, who tells Noah how to build the Ark.
--- By Exodus, the “LORD God” of Moses, appears to be “Marduk”, who has been PROMOTED to “LORD God”, in the time since “Garden of Eden”.
--- A Biblical PROMOTION of Marduk to “LORD God”, would resonate with the theme of “Enuma Elish”.

@@thecelt4807 I’ve been working on this problem for the better part of ten years. I’ve determined that everything in the universe can fit into one of those three categories (including the universe itself; being a soul). The implications for the Trinity are pretty profound. Everything is 3-fold, so this would make sense if “God is everywhere.”
I don’t have sources to share, but my theory is unfalsifiable because of how logical it is and how well it fits with everything else we know.
By my definitions, things like words, ideas, thoughts, symbols, food/drink, electricity, etc, would be examples of spirits. Symbols, food, and drink would be examples of visible spirits, but they are the exception. Most spirits are inherently invisible. The reason the Hebrews used “wind” as a description of ruach (spirit), is because wind is invisible, but we can still feel it and measure it’s effects.
I’d be happy to answer any more questions you have about it. I’ve been wanting to make a video illustrating this concept, but I’m shadow banned on UA-cam and will have to do it under a different name.
@@thecelt4807 I forgot to add that the human nervous system (mainly the brain) is a soul, and so is every planet (or at least planets with active magnetic fields).
You can think of a dam as a soul and the water as a spirit.
Using real world examples like this helps to understand the relationship between the three concepts.

Hi, Darlene. I’m not Paul or Mauro, sorry. And I certainly don’t have their credentials. But I think Paul would agree with me on this point you are asking about. The Bible you might be interested is the Jerusalem Bible. That’s what Mauro uses in his video presentations. His is in Italian, of course. It’s widely respected by scholars and academics for its literal interpretation and it’s not expensive to purchase. Another version is the Oxford Annotated Bible. If you get either or both of these bibles, make sure it includes the Apocrypha. And finally, there are a handful of books that I have that Paul and Mauro probably have and are not too much money. The Epic of Gilgamesh, the Nag Hamadi, the Books of Enoch, and the Complete Anunnaki Bible. Peace, love, and blessings to you.
