Was expecting some exorcism level arching. And now I'm just very impressed.
that's pretty much what you saw
Did you not see his mega arch?
@@lepe not even close. Like don’t get me wrong that’s still some arching but it’s far far less than others
@@chief5002 It's not just about the arch. He's arching, lifting his ass off the seat, using heavy duty wrist wraps for a super wide greep, and STILL doesn't even have a full ROM.
Arching or not. Who the fuck cares. Benching 3 times your own weight is absolutely fuuucking insane!
Felt good about my 200kg deadlift today, ofc I had to see this
200 kg deadlift is still solid.
Still fucking impressive, dont be discouraged, i am at 210kg myself, training for a year now, hope to get to 300kg by 2023.
i deadlift 90kg max bro
You should still feel good about it! 200kg in any lift takes time and dedication to achieve.
There will always be somebody stronger and faster, as long as you're pushing yourself what does it matter :) 200kg is pretty dece though!
I'm deadlifting less lol, this kid is a legit beast. We're going to hear a lot about him in the future
No you won't.
@@wileecoyote5749 why not?
@@wileecoyote5749 yea why not?
@@wileecoyote5749 yeah why not?
@@wileecoyote5749 yes why not?
158lb kid repping my max deadlift. Why do I watch these videos.
XD
XD
You're a glutton for self punishment maybe? ;)
You're not weak, just newer to lifting
@@DaLooseGoose11 I don't think someone who deadlifts 200kg is new to lifting bro
That’s insane. He’s super strong
Calm down
@@wileecoyote5749 HOW SWAY. HOW
Sumo bench so it doesn’t count
@@Gratefully- I'll use gym logic here. Than you do it : )
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
I can't believe how wide he has his elbows flared out. He has impressive strength.
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
Some go wider as it helps shorten the range of motion a little.
Remember.
Don't feel bad for yourself, feel good for him.
Or perhaps feel bad for him, the likelihood is that he has been doing PEDs since he was pretty young, most probably too young.
@@daveaglasgow That's his choice, it might bring him good things in life. Not every PED user ends up dying of a heart attack at age 42.
@@daveaglasgow that's a depressing thought 😕
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
@@daveaglasgow Most likely true, I don't know any 17 year-old that can bench 200kg and be natural. But like others have said, it's entirely his choice and I wish the kid all the best.
Strength dysmorphia kicking in
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
I'm 110kg BW and trained for strength and powerlifting for 8 years and doing everything i possibly can to reach 200kg bench. This video Hurt my feelings.
Where are you now?
@@micheeder5533 i AM currently at 175kg think i can reach 180kg before next year 🤞😃
@@SONofAchuckNorris that's still an incredible bench 👏
@@bobbym491 thank very much man 🤝😄
you are missing a very important ingredient in the recipe, namely PEDs
That's a damn fine bench, literally twice mine, good stuff 💪
You're doing well too bro, keep going. 💪
@@Horus-LupercalCheers lad, it's grand like, had my first meet few weeks ago, 150, 100 and 200. I'm looking to add at least 20kg to each lift by nationals in May. No problem for deads and squat but I might struggle with bench. When i get a 3 plate bench I'll be happy 💪
@@KeeronMac nice, how heavy are you?
Put down phone,go to gym
@@alexanderkedyulych8198 About 83kg. I'm thinking of cutting slowly to get into the 75kg weight class, but I like this weight you know, so maybe I just try to get a little leaner but stay in the 83kg class?
Ngl I expected some hysterical arching but the guy's arms are closing on 90° flexion at the bottom, that's some proper stuff.
He has a mega arch, but has long arms.
@@snorlaxcom That ain't a mega arch chief. That's just skinny kid using an arch and wide grip. Even the people with a lot of muscle have an arch but it;s hard to tell because of all the back meat.
Yeah, as he fills out with lifting age, the arch will look less dramatic
Not gonna lie, didn’t realise a simple “can u give me a spot” would make me appear on liftingvault. Funny thing my heartbeat while spotting was litterally like 120bpm
Karl you’re famous now
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
@@finsk254 You’re reading too deep into it. It’s a common filler phrase. You can find many examples of such in our nomenclature.
“Not going to lie.” “You know what I’m saying?” “No offense, but…”
Some phrases simply have a nice flow that makes them easy to say and remember.
Also, keep in mind, language is fluid, constantly evolving, the only thing certain of language is that it’s going to change.
Even if the kid is juicing, he has a ridiculous bench at 17. Can't really discount his training and dedication either. You don't break a 200 kg bench without some serious training and genetics.
Hes natty
@@victorhall4850 sure he is
@@victorhall4850 at one point are we going to say these 17 year olds breaking records isn’t a bit suspicious? When they bench 400 kg? like I’m 17 and have been on a powerlifting program with a coach for 3 years now and my strength is a joke to some of these junior lifters putting up records while not even at their peak

Not as much arching as I was expecting… very strong
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
In a recent university powerlifting competition in the UK, some kid in the u93 category benched 205, which ironically was higher than high squat and deadlift numbers
he ? ua-cam.com/channels/MMEZnbWYpJEZ-BWwz8WzNA.htmlvideos
Emil is -74 and is 18 soo
One of the most impressive 5 inch range of motion lifts i've ever seen.
Kids juicing early these days.
I like your videos because they are short, informative, and sweet! Great content!
Dude has mad good technique
Typical Swedish bench technique.
@skYe_ no he doesn’t lol
@skYe_ litterally a lie. He does 160 for 3 reps with a close grip, which was about 10 monts ago. You clown.
Not really.
@Khranes How can you be on this channel and be that ignorant about the effects of steroids? Go inject yourself with some test and see if you can suddenly bench this much times your bodyweight lol.
Very impressive and good clean lift! 👍
Wild shit, so many freaks coming out of the wood work. I just hit 415lbs at 230BW now the new goal has to be 500 just to compete with these animals.
So Much jealousy and ignorance in the comment...this Guy Is a freaking beast and his arch Is perfect
Good stuff! Looking forward to seeing what he will do in the future
KID with steroids is like a 35 year old man natural in term of progression
Not even. It's still more. I don't know a single natty lifter that bench 200kg
That was some clean AF solid benching, which is a breath of fresh air from the usual arched possessed position I’m used to seeing, bare in mind tho and I mean this the most respectable way, when all you train for is benching….
I’ve found a 1:1 correlation between excess chromosomes and people who use the words ”impressive” and ”ROM” to talk negatively about people better than them.
Agreed. The salt in this comment section is strong. So many armchair critics who have never done a single meet, never even run a peaking training cycle, or have any idea of the commitment it takes to achieve what this kid has.
This is just insane
That is awesome, way to go man!
When I saw the title I already knew what I was going to see lmao, same with the insane high deadlift numbers at low weights, always a freak show.
Hey guys I just posted my top 10 Chest exercises make sure to check it out and leave your feedback.
He doesn’t even fill out his t-shirt never mind his weight class yet he can bench that! What an absolute animal, awesome pressing.
Thats it, Im going on cycle
Maddox is in trouble 🤣
I'll never understand human body. This kid looks skinny as fuck and no muscle yet pushes 200kg like if it was a feather. Impressive.
Agreed... Most people think I'm on steroids 😂 by the way I look but everyone I work out with are sooo much stronger then me
these people are born with tight muscle fibers which allow them to lift heavy asf. The same with sprinters, the muscle fibres in their legs are really tight and compact making them naturally fast.
Maybe he has double the tendons
@@longlostvideos191 nothing you said is physiologically or even anatomically correct
Pure strength is central nervous system. Hypertrophy is typically through muscular endurance
Man this is awesome, he could go places with this. Provided he doesn’t meet alcohol, drugs and typical 18y/o shenanigans. Hopefully he just finds steroids.
He would live longer doing drugs and alcohol than he would on steroids lol
Yeah but he’d just be a loser.
@@swappedoutZ71 Not necessarily. Seems like you have no idea about pharmacology and pharmacokinetics which shows in that unuanced blanket statement, therefore you have no reason to speak on the matter. Quite.
I'd bet he's already found them.
@@nickcollins9170 Thank god someone with a smudge of brain in these comments. Proper (read that again) gear usage will not cut much of your life. Getting blackout drunk twice a week is way worse than you than some test.
Fuckin unreal! and here I am trying to hit 150kg for 1 rep on the bench, this kid is a freak of nature!
Young SUPERMAN! Amazing!
Mind blowing 😱💪🏻✨
im 26, 74kg, training for 4 years and bench 105 kg 🥲
Edit: Still happy with my bench really. It's in the high intermediate/advanced stage for my weight as per strength standard website and jeff nippards strength standard video. Don't let hyper elites fool you into thinking you're weaker htan you are boys!
💪
Sad
There are issues with your programme, if you're even following one.
@@eq55 Naw my program is great, been making good progress. I know more about programming and working out then 95% of people at the gym. But genetics and weight can only do so much.
@@Deltoiddoctor Thanks! Working hard on it. Getting every gain my lame genes will allow me to. Gl on your journey brother 💪
I farted more than that at 26 years old !!!
Wow. That is incredible.
Drink your apple juice and you can be like him guys.
Always motivates me
400+ bench is just incredible
That's absolutely insane. I'm 15, weigh 192 lbs, and my one rep max is 200 lbs on the bench. I hope to get this weight up someday, but almost certainly at more than 17. Wow!
Your doing great, especially if your not juicing. 200 lbs at 15 is great.
Great technique
Reminds me of coach Greg’s bench
One word....
Evolution
Wow. That’s insane
I was at the gym when he did 190kg early summer in Stockholm, Sweden.

Swedish viking power bro
Wow good for him dam thats some weight
Sick shit man
Incredible
Iam loving him I wish him only the best 5 plates soon on 74kg
There will be always be that someone in the gym that does your max bench for warm ups.
Everyone talks about ufpwrlifter benching 410 at 154, this kid weighs 4 lbs more and has already benched 440. Truly unbelievable
Ei huono🔥💪
Привет) спасибо за интересные рекорды) лайк поставил) как мне показалось, у него нет конечной фазы касания груди
Та есть, четко сделал)
Mans got strong bones and joints
My sign to hop on gear ig🥲
😳😳😳😳😳 I really hope things takes off for him
Daiki Kodama better watch out.
Everytime u press, you need to pull twice. As long as he works on his posterior chain, this kid will continue to grow in strength and size
Dayyum... impressive, no doubt
Wtf ,he Is a beast
Insane !
This is very impressive. I did not get my PR 1 rep max of 455 lbs on bench until I was damn 27 years old!!!!! Bravo
Let’s not make this about you Keith. Not this time.
his pecs and tricep are definition of fast twitch muscle fibers lol
PERFECT FORM 😂😂😂😂😂
this is fckn insane I can barely deadlift that at 18
I can’t deadlift that 😂😅
Insane.
Strong guy
I’m going to the gym, ego lifting, and probably hurting myself today.
Steroids are strong with this one
epic 💯
Amazing.
Jesus fucking Christ 😲
That makes me wanna sit in the corner and cry with my baby bench number 🤦♀️😂😂
What a best
thats it i quit lifting
What a hell man
Capri Sun is a helluva drug
That dark white strength
I don't know how they pretzel their spine like that. I tried and I can only get like 2-3 inches off the bench.
The sayains r here
Lord have mercy ... these kids man ..😔
That's crazy..but yea it's goddamn impressive though!
What the fuck I'm watching. This is insane .damn who is this boy
That is insane strength
I do think he looks bigger than 70kg though I weigh around 75kg and he looks bigger than me, still unbelievable strength nearly double my bench 😂😅
Ftw, ive been lifting for 6 years. Only at 140kg in Bench . Anytips ?
That juice getting sweeter and sweeter
Whatever hes drinking for morning coffee.. *Gimme*
how much can he squat and deadlift?
Holy shit 😂 been struggling to get past 140kg @ 70kg
thats crazy
2x BW bench tho, good shit
140 at 70 bw is very impressive too I’m miles off of that
As a 17 year old at sub 160 even a 240 bench would be very good. 340 would be insane. 440 just seems unbelievable

72kg and he's pushing that weight on the bench, that's some bloody gifted architecture that guy has going on his body...
No it's called being short.
@@jakesimmonds5043
He’s 5’8” I asked him personally... average height for his age his build is ideal for powerlifting.
@@kaankoksal1412 ideal for benching, his squat and deadlift are far from as impressive. most guys have 1 lift they excel at
That's crazy he soo small too

I believe the arch is not that bad. But professional judges might red flag that.
