+Zachary L What I meant was that like Possessed's layout, a grilled cheese sandwich is as simple as you can get, and the implication is that they are both awesome.
Theme Park Crazy I know, just joking! I love intamin impulses too. Actually grilled cheese sandwiches are like the best too. Canobie Lake has a new grilled cheese restaurant back behind Corkscrew now which is so 😊
If anyone's wondering why there's a number 12 on the special shout out, it's because it's part of a default title and I somehow forgot to remove it. However, it's not a big enough error to reupload the entire video, so the video will stay.
Hey, I work at Dorney Park as well as a ride operator, and I’m glad to see someone write a positive review about a park I’m very passionate about! 😁 Also... nothing beats the Steel Force.
The first year I went there was the best, and here's why! My 2 favorite sister's took my on my first ever rollercoaster there! And I am very excited to go again
I was there one week ago today (first-time visit), and for me the big surprise was Talon. Intensity and smoothness are an amazing combination, making this one of the best inverted coasters I've ever ridden -- and for me it's a rival for top spot at the park. Now I love hypers, so I expected to love Steel Force, but I actually found it to be a disappointment at first: it just seemed weak. However, on a day when the park was empty so there was no line, I just could not stop marathoning it in the afternoon (kept saying, "OK, this is the last ride," and then afterward: "OK, one more time!"), and with each ride I kept enjoying it more and more. I left loving the thing. For me, the front seat provided the most airtime -- and of course an exhilarating view.
i love dorney so much, i go every year and it never fails to make me happy. i feel at home there every since i’ve moved, but i go there for school trips and i go with ppl who have never been and i’ve been going since i was 7 and now i’m 14. i still love it. steel force was so fun the first time i went on it when i was 9, i remember screaming “we’re gonna die” 😂😂
Great hometown memories going to Dorney! I remember class trips during the spring where we would go on marathons riding all the coasters 4-5 times in a row!
I just went to Dorney for the first time last month with some friends. It was a lot of fun! I'm usually not a fan of big roller coasters, especially ones with loops, but they still managed to drag me onto both Hydra and Talon.
My family always comes here during the summer, but I’ve had a fear or roller coasters. I’ve overcome that fear by riding Steel Force after my friend forced me to go on it approximately 4 times, and I can’t wait to ride the other ones this summer.
I rode Thunderhawk while I was at Dorney and I LOVED it! Also, I agree with you on the Woodstock Express. It's rough, and I've ridden it before, especially in the back. Back's torture.
I just went to Dorney Park for the first time this week. I could not disagree with you more on Steel Force. I got little to no airtime, and was underwhelmed by the first drop. The best part was the helix going down the hill. But other than that, I've honestly never been more bored on a coaster. Sad, because it was my first Morgan and I was excited to try an old-school hyper.
Steel force, thunder hawk, wild mouse, Woodstock express, and laser (a relocated Schwarzkopf double looping coaster that sat where possessed is now) were some of my first credits, if it weren't for a few jr coasters at Dutch wonderland (another small PA park) steel force could've been my first ever coaster
My first ever roller coaster was steel force. My grandmother and brother literally forced and peer pressured me onto it. Although it was really scary I survived and I now enjoy going on roller coasters whenever I have the chance to go to a theme park.
Steel Force is still one of my favorite rides, mostly for the memories I have of it. My father and I would ride it every time we went and after he passed, I started that tradition with my son, making Steel Force his first rollercoaster.
Great video! Here's my personal list (I haven't been, just basing this off how my preferences line up with other people's word) 1. Talon 2. Steel Force 3. Hydra 4. Possessed 5. Stinger 6. Thunderhawk 7. Wild Mouse 8. Woodstock Express
Going to Dorney Park regularly, this list is pretty much identical to mine. The only thing I'd switch is Thunderhawk and the Wild Mouse. The Wild Mouse is actually an enjoyable ride for families, but Thunderhawk is EASILY top 2 most painful rides I've been on. I rode it once and will never ride it again.
Right! Some of the 50+ year old woodies are really awesome, but Thunderhawk, Green Lantern at SFGAdv and Apocalypse at SFA are three rides I will never go out of my way to ride.
This is my list at Dorney Park (yes I have been there but possessed was closed when I went so I’ll place it how I think it would place): 1. Hydra The Revenge 2. Steel Force 3. Talon 4. Possessed 5. Stinger 6. Woodstock express
Went to Dorney for the first time this summer I only live 2 hours away but I live 10 minutes from knoebels so I go there all the time , but I had a blast I was there from open till close that day and there were no were no lines when I went and was glad! only thing that was weird to me and never saw before was that certain rides would be closed for like 2 hours then open again and then close and then open idk if they didn’t have enough workers there or what that was so weird I just had to keep looking every hour to see if it was open or not yet but I loved it there so much!
So, I’ve lived in the area my entire life, so I’ve been going to Dorney since I was a wee lass, and the first time I was tall enough to ride Steel Force, it STOPPED in the middle of the first hill. Yeah. That really tall one. And I was on the left side, the side without the access stairs. As a girl terrified of heights, I’ve never made that mistake again. And good thing I didn’t, because 90% of the time I ride it, it stops SOMEWHERE. Either on the first hill again or near the end. I still love it and know I’m safe on it, but I like to have some security when it does stop. Because it’s often. I was there the summer Talon opened and can tell you... Talon IS one of the best inverted coasters ever. It’s close to the entrance and is always one of the first ones I ride, while Steel Force is at the back, so it’s one of the last. Thanks for reviewing my local theme park 💖
Ben went to the same high school I went to! This man, is without a doubt, one of the nicest people I've ever meet, we are actually really good friends and often talk about roller coasters and theme parks!
Whoa u actually did a Dorney Park coaster countdown. I don't know if I brought it up or something in one of ur videos before but yay. I actually love this park so much it was my first amusement park as a kid. Six Flags may be a big roller coaster theme park but Dorney has that special at home feeling every time.
I was just there yesterday for 5 hours. I got to ride all of the big coasters (no wild mouse or kiddy coasters though) and the skloosh It rained for 90 minutes and we got free tickets back and then it stopped and the rides reopened with no lines, so I basically get 2 full experiences for the cost of 1 #5: Thunderhawk #4: Possessed (surprised me this was here cause I love launches. It was really fun but the others were better) #3: Talon #2: Stell Force #1: Hydra (I switch 1 and 2 often though)
I very much enjoy Dorney Park. I live in Philly so the 2 closest amusement parks near me are Dorney and Six Flags GA. Dorney offers thrilling coasters for guests so if you are a coaster junkie like me, this is the place for you.
I go to Dorney Park with my overnight camp every year (I’ve been going for 3 years). This year, I went on steel force 8 times because I liked it too much
Thunder hawk can be really rough depending on where you sit. Bank is the worst. Always gave me headaches. You want to be as close to the front as possible
Even though I never made it on stinger, it looks very fun! It kind of reminds me of Sea Serpent at Wildwood NJ, because it does a twist, half loop, then a full loop then you go backwards. Anyone else?
Was jus here over the weekend, fire..talon was super dope, and Woodstock express was chills I guess with my 4yr old daughter it was too whiplashy but she liked it lol
my top 5 at dorney. I'm visiting the park Friday. I live in harrisburg now. But, was raised on Dorney. I'm from Macungie - bout 10 mins away. 1. Talon 2. Possessed. 3. demon drop. 4. steel force 5. Hydra and honorable mention- pirate ship that flips back and forth across from the talon coaster. I don't recall the name of the attraction.
Wild Mouse can be found in Top 10 Most Missed Removed Roller Coasters! It is located in the Wild Mouse scene with nine boxes. The lower left box will show Wild Mouse at Dorney Park.
My sister went on Stinger with her friends while I rode Steel Force and the restraint on her friends seat broke during the ride. The shut it down for matinence after their ride. She's happy it's being removed
I haven't been to Dorney in a very long time, since Hydra first opened. Maybe they smoothed it out since but I absolutely hated Hydra when it opened. It was a once and done ride for a lot of people back then. You'd get your head banged from side to side so bad you totally forgot you where even on a coaster at all while you desperately tried to keep your head pressed back to stop the torturous head banging.
I've been on a lot of Boomerang/Invertigo coasters, and I found Stinger to be one of the better ones. Although that's not saying too much, I got off having to admit that I enjoyed it.
Nah, the park could have done a lot better if they didnt receive the coaster. Having Stinger and Possessed in the same area is a big mistake first off.
Dez lol mmm how about having dinosaurs alive at the park...... that’s a waste of fucking space. Anyways I quit working at Dorney this season. Let me give you a glimpse of how stupid the ppl who run this park are. So they are taking out dinos alive to put another ride like the new on by the arcades. Koolidoscope or whatever it’s called. Dorney NEEDS MORE COASTER. If this park doesn’t add more coaster they will go bankrupt within 5-10 years. The park is small and not enough coasters. Let’s not talk about the disgusting food these 15 year olds be making. They spent millions on those new rides. Look at that shitty bumper car set up...... like how you expect ppl to enjoy bumper cars and you don’t even have enough space. One day you guest and employees will see Dorney for what it is. They just some greedy sons of bitches who are charging you all this money for a super boring amusement park. Only good thing there is the water park and talon. If it wasn’t for that, they’ll be close by now. So glad I don’t have to deal with Philly and New York ppl. They totally destroy that park every time they come.
8. Never been on the ride nor plan on being in. 7. First been on the ride at the age of 13, when I came to Dorney for the very first time. 6. I heard about that ride, and it was that I avoided it. 5. One of my all-time favorite rides. 4. Never rode it. 3. Love that ride! 2. Didn't ride it. 1. One of my all-time favorite rides. I really love that ride.
RIP Stinger. The park recently announced its removal, so pretend it's not on here.
Theme Park Crazy ok
Theme Park Crazy I kind of hate Stinger, so...
Theme Park Crazy when?
Stinger SUCKS
I'm going there Tuesday and was really excited to ride it. Rip. But maybe they'll bring back laser
so he compared Possessed to a grilled cheese sandwich.
Nice
i hate grilled cheese sandwhich but i like impulse coasters though
Edward Isom who hates grilled cheese? I agree with you about impulses though
Love how you somehow managed to compare something to a grilled cheese sandwich
+Mr Doggo Yep, simple but awesome.
Who else lives in Allentown Pennsylvania like if you do I live there and I love dorny park
Ruby Becerril I live in hatfield
Ruby Becerril me
Ruby Becerril I do I actually have a season. Pass
I do
My grandparents live in Easton sooo really close
I didn't know grilled cheese sandwiches had layouts.....
grilled cheese sandwiches typically have square layouts
+Zachary L What I meant was that like Possessed's layout, a grilled cheese sandwich is as simple as you can get, and the implication is that they are both awesome.
Theme Park Crazy I know, just joking! I love intamin impulses too. Actually grilled cheese sandwiches are like the best too. Canobie Lake has a new grilled cheese restaurant back behind Corkscrew now which is so 😊
@@zacharyl4594 LOL
2:07 if u pause and look closely you can see a kid giving the middle finger on the ride
SuperSwaggyGamer456 me every day
He is not putting the middle finger because I went on Thunder hawk before and it’s fast and it looked like he put the middle Finger
He was actually doing the peace sign if you look even closer.
If anyone's wondering why there's a number 12 on the special shout out, it's because it's part of a default title and I somehow forgot to remove it. However, it's not a big enough error to reupload the entire video, so the video will stay.
Theme Park Crazy can you do former coasters at dorney park
Hj
Theme Park Crazy xD
Theme Park Crazy what about...a non grilled cheese sandwich?
Hey, I work at Dorney Park as well as a ride operator, and I’m glad to see someone write a positive review about a park I’m very passionate about! 😁

I can’t wait to go on steel force as I’m typing this, I’ve literally never been on it.

Absolutely yes for Steelforce at #1. Has always been my favorite coaster since I was just tall enough to ride it.

I don’t really like roller coasters but I went on hydra like four times and I loved it .😂😍 still one of my favorites.
Talon, Behemoth, and Orion are my favorite steel coaster color schemes.
My family always comes here during the summer, but I’ve had a fear or roller coasters. I’ve overcome that fear by riding Steel Force after my friend forced me to go on it approximately 4 times, and I can’t wait to ride the other ones this summer.

5:29 Just curios, why is there a number 12 beside the words "Special shout out to: Ben 'Benergy' Hartrantf".
Because it was one of my default titles and t to remove the 12.
Lazer is where stinger was
1. Talon
2. Steel Force
3. ThunderHawk
4. Hydra The Revenge
If you like steel force that much you should ride phantoms revenge at Kennywood
phantoms revenge is the worst hyper in Pennsylvania
Psyclone500 TV when it was steel phantom
even after the conversion from steel phantom to phantoms revenge, its still Pennsylvania worst hyper
Psyclone500 TV well it my favorite hyper
Psyclone500 TV have you even ridden it
My school takes the chorus and band class here every year, two weeks until the next visit!
My first ever roller coaster was steel force. My grandmother and brother literally forced and peer pressured me onto it. Although it was really scary I survived and I now enjoy going on roller coasters whenever I have the chance to go to a theme park.

chrisloths. I love old 20s coasters, but Thunderhawk was more jerky than fun, and one of my two rides felt really awfully trimmed.
Right! Some of the 50+ year old woodies are really awesome, but Thunderhawk, Green Lantern at SFGAdv and Apocalypse at SFA are three rides I will never go out of my way to ride.

THIS PARK IS AMAZING. I WENT THERE YESTERDAY THE ROLLER COASTERS R EVERYTHING
Carisa right
I'm coming here during May with my school band on a Friday during a *_SCHOOL_* day
I got a little airtime back row on Rougarou which in my opinion is the best row to sit in
Whoa u actually did a Dorney Park coaster countdown. I don't know if I brought it up or something in one of ur videos before but yay. I have season passes to Dorney Park and I love all the rides.
I agree that Steel Force is the best roller coaster at Dorney Park. My 6 year old loved it too and made me ride it with him 5 times in a row!
I love Steel Force too! I remember going on that roller coaster twice in a row!
The Talon is the reason why i love rollercoasters. The first ride i ride at Dorney every time
Im going in dorney park tommorow July 4
JollyPlayz Games me toooo well today

Hydra was my first roller coaster when I was 8 or 9 and will always hold a special place in my heart ❤️
Dorney = My home theme park. I go there every year for free and I love it.
I went to Dorney Park during Dorney Park Fright and riding the rides at night was very cool
Dorney Park is truly of gem of the Tri-state area on the east coast.
I very much enjoy Dorney Park. I live in Philly so the 2 closest amusement parks near me are Dorney and Six Flags GA. Dorney offers thrilling coasters for guests so if you are a coaster junkie like me, this is the place for you.
have you ever been to hershey park if not you should go its great
I used to have season passes to this park and my first ever upside down roller coaster was Talon and it’s my favorite at dorney
I'm going to dorney park this Friday thanks for the information
Have you been to SF great America? And if so did you make a top rollercoasters video on it?
I go to Dorney Park with my overnight camp every year (I’ve been going for 3 years). This year, I went on steel force 8 times because I liked it too much
Rode all of them :) been there alot of times, it's a rlly fun place
I went to Dorney with my band and it was so good
The dark knight coaster Is so fun! It's the first big coaster I went on.
Thunder hawk can be really rough depending on where you sit. Bank is the worst. Always gave me headaches. You want to be as close to the front as possible
I’m scared of heights but I want to get over it what roller coaster is good for this??
I wanted to go on stinger but they got rid of it
Dude I got to see Ben when I was there he's so energetic and kind.
Same he was high fiving people it was awesome
Even though I never made it on stinger, it looks very fun! It kind of reminds me of Sea Serpent at Wildwood NJ, because it does a twist, half loop, then a full loop then you go backwards. Anyone else?
Since stinger is not at the park anymore where is the ride now? Is it at a different Park? Or did it get scrapped?
It got scrapped because it was unreliable as hell
I am going to Dorney Park this summer! IS SO FUN! You should go there,
Raptor and montu are my favs. Montu is number 1 for me.
My Personal List:
8. Woodstock Express
7. Wild Mouse
6. Thunderhawk
5. Stinger
4. Possesed
3. Hydra
2. Talon
1. Steel Force
my fav is talon
Baudilio R. Possessed before hudra
Was jus here over the weekend, fire..talon was super dope, and Woodstock express was chills I guess with my 4yr old daughter it was too whiplashy but she liked it lol

Hydra and honorable mention- pirate ship that flips back and forth across from the talon coaster. I don't recall the name of the attraction.
Didn’t Possessed used to operate at Geauga Lake until they shut the park down?
Olivia Heikkenen yes. It was called Steel Venom at Geauga Lake
AAA im going there next week and im very exited to ride all of those!! (except for woodstock express)
Staples you like a GCI twister wooden coaster lol those things are rough
Hydra was the first coaster I rode with inversions. I remember the first cork screw you go through I was laughing my ass off
Wild Mouse can be found in Top 10 Most Missed Removed Roller Coasters! It is located in the Wild Mouse scene with nine boxes. The lower left box will show Wild Mouse at Dorney Park.
I went on Hydra yesterday, I was 3rd to last seat on the far right, on the jojo roll I hit my ear on the restraint lol
My sister went on Stinger with her friends while I rode Steel Force and the restraint on her friends seat broke during the ride. The shut it down for matinence after their ride. She's happy it's being removed
Btw any other time you go on thunderhawk make sure to go in the back
This is my homepark and i love it!
Oh the Woodstock express is different then Carowinds one?
POSSESSED LAUNCHING BACKWARDS IS FREAKING TERRIFYING!!! I was like OMFG!!!THOSE KINDS OF NOT FULL CIRCUIT COASTERS ARE SCARY AF!!! 😱
i went on the green one yesterday 😭
Why is that sad
Wicked twister is a treat
I haven't been to Dorney in a very long time, since Hydra first opened. Maybe they smoothed it out since but I absolutely hated Hydra when it opened. It was a once and done ride for a lot of people back then. You'd get your head banged from side to side so bad you totally forgot you where even on a coaster at all while you desperately tried to keep your head pressed back to stop the torturous head banging.
Possessed my favorite ride, it fits bigger riders.
When I went to dorney my seat belt unbuckled right before the drop and I was terrified but I got it buckled right on time before the drop.
Steel force is my first roller coaster and I wish that someone would throw some love to this great ride!
Have u ever been to Cedar point ?
He have not been to Cedaf Point. He is going for his first time next year.
I just went there yesterday I finally faced my fear of roller coaster and I went on the talon, hydra and more
ClutchBoost 115 gj
Congrats!
StamfordBridge Thanks!
Did you go on dominator or demon drop?
1-hydra 2-talon 3-possessed 4-Steel Forceless 5-thunderhawk 6-wild mouse
Do they allow phones on the rides
Theme Park Crazy, can you do a former coasters at Dorney Park? There were 7.
Wait stinger actually is open wow I've never seen it like that
Yep, it was open, but Demon Drop was closed that day.
Stinger has been closed like twice the whole season. Talon has been closed more, I would know cause I work up at Talon.

I live like 5 minutes away from dorney and its great
What's simpler than Grilled cheese and Possesed? Goliath!!! (The New England version) it's just a rougher boomerang, but inverted, so yea...
great list, heres my top 6
1-Steel Force
2-Talon
3-Hydra
4-stinger
5-Possessed
6-thunderhawk
The only ride that I’d put on here is Meteor. Something about that ride makes me nuts.
Hydra was my first roller coaster and then Talon
My favorites would have to be talon, thunderhawk, and the hydra. And the others are great! R.I.P stinger.
