I think there's an important point you forgot to mention: Guilliam did not come to Baal with the Crusade forces at the dire moment of Blood Angels. After the great rift opened, a time dilation had occurred in the Baal system and Guilliam only reached Baal decades after his awakening and opening of the great rift.
As a Nid collector I was watching the section on the new bio-forms and just constantly going “Want that, want that, want that, definitely want that” 😂
What really makes the Tyranids such a great threat to the galaxy is that the most effective strategy against them is the one thing that is virtually impossible to achieve in Warhammer 40k, multiple races uniting and overwhelming the Tyranid ability to adapt with their different weapons and tactics.

The most the tyranids will be able to do to the imperium is hurt it. The tyranids are like getting bit by a single piranha. It fucking hurts and you'll start bleeding alot but it's not gonna kill you.

Not with the potential size of the entirety of the Tyranids.
Remember, its unconfirmed size aside, it has the intelligence to rival to the massive battle power the imperium can put out, seeing as both deal in warfare across the stars all simultaneously.
And unlike the Orks, they do not have an intelligence issue, rather they lack information of the setting they’re in. That is to say, they are known and constantly prove how unfathomably adept they are as a Galaxy spanning predator.
And speaking of its intelligence, their course of action is always meticulously calculated, meaning whichever stratagem and planet they encroach upon is deemed to yield biomass is the positives.
This is important because it creates a horrifying picture when we add in how the Tyranids entered our galaxy.
Tell me, considering all the facts of the video and my comment, what kind of intelligent creature would strike at the prey at multiple galaxy wide angles if they haven’t calculated that they have enough resources to corner their delicious prey?
In truth, the true horror of the Tyranids is that potentially it as a biological entity has cornered the milky-way galaxy.

An important detail to mention is that the emergence of the Great Rift actually swallowed up a respectable chunk of the invading Hive Fleet, temporarily disorienting the efforts of the Tyranids, and the Khornate forces helped to alleviate some of the pressure off of the Blood Angels, due to Ka'Bandha believing that only he had the right to destroy the Blood Angels.

Necrons kicked the butt of some tyranids too, everybody helped them, without it ≈20000 space marines would just die and that's quite impressive if you think about it.

Where the previous poster Fleets, Behemoth and Kraken, merely probed/tested the Imperial defences.... LEVIATHAN IS THE ENGINE OF THE TRUE SIEGE. The catapult to break the walls, the battering ram to smash the gates, the hammer to crush the defenders, and the expression of the Hive Mind's HATRED for Mankind.

This isn't true anymore.
The following text from "The Devastation of Baal" claims it can feel hate, desire, vengeance and numerous other emotions.
"Nothing could halt Leviathan’s encroachment on the Red Scar. After Cryptus there was Baal, home world of the Blood Angels, lying directly in the swarm’s path.
This was not accidental.
The sages of the Imperium thought the Hive Mind a non-sentient intelligence. They believed the actions of the myriad creatures in its swarms were performed instinctively, and that the sheer numbers of interactions between them gave rise to complex behaviour. At the very highest level these behaviours were remarkable, but only had the semblance of thought. Ultimately instinct drove the hive fleets, they said, not free will. Similar false intelligences had been witnessed so very many times in social animals across space, after all, from the ants of ancient Earth to the thought-trees of Demarea. The Hive Mind’s actions could be ascribed to sentient consideration, but the sages insisted they were nothing of the sort.

They were inconceivable to humanity, for they were too big to perceive.

I love all the new Tyranid models. So creative with clear nods to older models. The Norn Emissary and Screamer-Killers look powerful and awesome. And I cannot decide which Lictors I like the most, all of them are great.

Such an amazing vide love listening to anything about the Tyranid's, I wonder how much longer until we get official art of a Norn Queen. 2nd is against Hive fleet Kraken, 3rd is about hive fleet Leviathan on the Baal and their Octarius war with Orcs. And many more little wars with tyranids in between.

I know its lore and maybe impossible for such a threat to exist in realtime space but the idea some, biogenetic-freak hive locusts type eating the world kind of species, scares me especially if there falling out the dam sky

Not really, but a Nurgle cult and death guard were attacking a world, Nids showed up.
They turned the planet toxic.
A ship drew the short straw of the fleet and had to taste test the planet’s biomass. The ships shot it out of the sky for what the stuff did to it.
Nids or Gene Cults? If you are okay for some gene cult action, you should read "Cult of the Warmason" novel. There wasn't any large skirmish between CSM and Nids in it but it is good.

Yet .. you never put a pic or a model of lictor... But you have the same models of leapers when you speak for them....
Too bad Tyranids biggest weakness is plot armor. Oh no they are the greatest threat to the entire galaxy that can evolve to combat anything devouring a bunch of planet noone has ever heard of or cares about. Get back to me when they remove the plot armor and Tyranids actually gets close to Terra or devour Macragge.
Just wait, this story isn't finished, 4th tyranic war just started in the lore, so maybe they will get closer to the Terra
