I have the same issue with being tall and having trouble putting on weight. I don't have a particular weight goal (I'm around 145 now), but I'd like to have some visible muscle especially in the upper body. I'm making progress little by little, but I think I could up my gym routine a little. You're already looking great dude! (Also you should be concerned about nutrition, but I feel like most of what you had is already pretty healthy.)

hey jed! i can relate to the "skinny kid" life... growing up, i too was a toothpick of a child lol nutrition & fitness are two of my biggest passions, and from my own experience, it's important to to eat lots of protein! there are some great anabolic recipes out there--pinterest & insta accounts are great for inspo! weight lifting is great for gaining muscle! sounds you have a good routine down! hiit & bodyweight exercises don't hurt either! i'm excited to see this transformation! will you be making a separate vlog about it??
If anyone was curious his total caloric intake was 2450. Lets say he burned 250-300 calories working out, and probably 1800 throughout the rest of the day, total caloric surplus looks something close to probably 300-400 on a good day. (Rough estimates)
You should get some shoes by a company, VESSI. They have water resistant shoes and will not get your socks wet at all. They expensive however. Idk, you might like them
How are upcoming up with these calorie counts?? Around 6oz (cooked wt) of Atlantic salmon and just spinach (probs 25cal in the whole box) is not a 750 cal lmao. More like 430 or even less
You should be eating like 170grams of protein a day and like 4000+ calories a day if you want to gain 20lbs of muscle. Best of luck on your fitness journey!
search up lean bulking and make sure to track your calories. if this is an average day, it is on lower side of protein. increase to roughly 1g of protein/lb of body weight. good luck on journey gym bro
