Alright. Before I continue. This comment is nothing against Camodo or his skills. But here are some very important tips I have learned from playing this game.
1: Treat the throttle as less of a gas pedal and more of a speed selector. Get moving, go to the speed you want, and cut it. Change according to the speed limit and inclines.
2: Speaking of speed limits! Follow them! They will always prevent derails. Remember. WATCH THE SIGNS. Take whatever number is on them and times it by 10. That’s the speed limit in KPH.
3: Wheelslip is very bad. It causes massive damage to the wheels. Sanders are okay if you need the extra power but they cost a lot to use.
4: When in a train yard grabbing cargo, it’s good to get going 10 KPH and then stand on the front of the train and do signal changes. If you need to get back in just walk right back in, just leave the door open.
5: If you NEED to stop immediately: cut the engine (the red button on the main panel), activate train and independent brake. And pray.
6: DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE YOUR THROTTLE ON GOING AROUND A CORNER! That is like gambling with god but he’s cheating and you already had a losing hand. It doesn’t work.
I watched a video a few days ago, it was a compilation of the start-up sounds of all the trains in TrainSimWorld2020. I love how they included the Lionel 6-82188's very anti-climactic start-up. Being a fully electric train, there's no engine to make any noise, so all you hear is *beep* , the audible warning system when the master key is turned. The Lionel 6-82188, is mostly known for operating in New York's subway.

Hey uhhh, Camodo, see to turn your train around, you use the turntable you where just on, flip it around, drive backwards all the way to the mainline, then go forward

Hey Camodo! Here’s some advice so you do not keep wrecking your train! These are based off the mishaps you had in this video. 1. Always check switch alignment on the track ahead of you. You should never take the tracks ahead for granted. 2. Don’t put your throttle to a high level for a long period of time, because that makes the locomotive overheat. (Duh) It is a little known fact, but with trains, the throttle determines the power, unlike cars, where the gas pedal mostly determines the speed. When driving your train, just set the throttle to a speed where you are at least gaining speed. Doing this helps a lot to prevent overheating. Also, even when the heat gets to the orange zone, you have to start coasting. If you leave the throttle on, you will always eventually overheat. I hope you find this useful!

The irony of that accident is, the rail car and engine weren't far enough back for the switch to work anyways... had you tried to switch it.
Once you decide which job to do, carry it with you (do not validate yet), go to roundhouse to turn engine around, or use 3 point turn around south of steel mill, then once you get engine ready for hook-up, then validate job, that way you don't use up job time just to get into position, giving you a better chance to get bonus.
