Assalamalaikum brother, would you please make a video of the halalness of cruise stock? I watched most of your videos. I was actually looking for Islamic investment videos. Your channel addresses the questions. Thank you in advance.
Salam aleykoum, Thank you very much for the content you're putting out brother. I had a question regarding airlines. I thought about buying stock of big airline companies, but should we take into account that they are serving alcohol and non halal food or is it to far fetched ? Thank you for your reply. mabrouk ramadan
I did not see the video fully, but Yooooooo! What an awesome video! Teaching people How to Find Undervalued Stocks ???? Cool!!! Jazak Allah khair. Two questions pls :): 1. Is buying undervalued companies halal??? I mean, you're paying less than the face value? please provide references while answering my question. Lastly, can you please send me references from where you have got these multiples. Thank you so much!!!
Just checked BFF website. To invest with BFF one has to earn at least 200k yearly. If I'm not mistaken you will only consider people who are already earning a lot of money. I'm a pensionner looking for a small but steady passive income. Thought halal investment would be good. No chance for me then !!!
Is it haram to own or buy a company share which take loan and pay interest to banks? Consider that although having x number of share of any company does not allow us investor to decide to take the loan or not.
Problems with debt-to-equity limit: Debt almost always means interest, which even at the current very low rates is still not permissible. How can you claim that those limitations are exaggerated, or have no backing in Quran? Thanks.
One more question, please! Are you a professional stock trader? Can I make a living while investing in the stock market? Do I need I large amount to invest in the stock market? Thank you so much!
Put it this way if you are day trader. 1% profit on a $5,000 dollar account would be $50. So yea, quite a bit of money. You would need a higher balance on your account as it's not recommended to trade your whole account on a single trade due to risk factor. Unless you have an extensive knowledge and experience. However, trading options is deemed a lot riskier (I disagree), with less capital you can make more money than just buying and selling stocks. I'm muslim, and have been learning to trade options for a while. But I don't know whether it's halal or haram to trade options.
@@MrZERK7 thank you for heads up brother. I haven't started trading options yet but I'm planning to. I will do more research wether it's ok or not. Thanks again.
Hello, I have a question which bothers me. It's regarding the stock market. I saw an article stating that day trading is Haram which is buying and selling stock on the same day, and I fully understand that once you buy a stock/share it takes 2 days to settle which means you don't possess the share for 2 days so Islam says you can't sell which you don't possess. In the stock market we have another strategy called "Swing Trading" we buy a share and wait for few days to few weeks and then sell the stock which seems to be not prohibited by Islam but here is what bothers me is that in the stock market we have a 1:3 ratio, meaning 1% loss ratio 3% profit. So we have a STOP LOSS function which is set to 1% if the price goes below to 1% the share is automatically sold so that we don't go beyond 1% loss. Which means when we buy a share it can be sold within the day if the price goes against us without our intention of selling it within those 2 days. My intentions are clear of holding it for at least 2 days in which it will settle so we actually possess it. So is Swing trading allowed in Islam or not? Is the STOP LOSS function allowed in Islam or not? If these are not allowed should I leave trading?
@Practical Islamic Finance Most companies deal with interest or deal with impermissible things, then how do you invest in the stock market? I've heard that you can donate (sadaqah) the amount of interest you receive from dividends and amount received from liquidation from stocks? If this is true, then you STILL are helping a company with dealing interest, because you are a part PARTNER/OWNER of that company! And please try your best for providing references (i.e. Quran, hadeeth, etc.....) while answering my question. Please help me out by answering this question through a comment or by making a video on youtube. Thank you so much!!!!! :)
@Practical Islamic Finance Can you please give a review on whether people should buy stocks through these two brokers: 1. www.etoro.com/ 2. wahedinvest.com/ Please make a video about answering these two questions. Thank you so much Practical Islamic Finance!!!!!!!!!!

good question. will examine inshAllah.
Salaam. Which platform do you use to trade? Do you know if Robinhood is haram?
Robinhood has commission and they charge fees. There is better platforms which do not charge.

Is music halal?
As salamu alaikum, It would be really great if you didn't add music to your video. Jazzak Allahu Khairan.
Totally agree. I wonder what is the justification for adding music. It taints the whole Islamic content of what is discussed.
