This video finally let me beat this damn thing (replaced 2B with Scarlet Black Shadow since I've super invested her and this video is a year old) thank youuuuu
it wasn't easy though since I don't have Dorothy. Getting rid of those summons as they spawn is basically RNG using Smol White alone and using Noah as sacrificial pawn for those unkillable summons. I was surprised the planets aligned and Smol White took care of the summons as they spawn with her passive AoE during the whole attempt (after failing so many times) and RH took care of the rest.
I cant see doing this without dorothy, it's impossible to kill the little ones before the shield. I need to use burst for rockets since I cant destroy them.
@@Kinben69 you have to shoot until a bit after you hear skill 1 go off then just sit there and wait until right when they spawn to get the timing right. just beat it at 115k and it woulda been doomed without smol white
dorothy is the fucking key point, with dorothy any team comp can be viable to pass the 21-32, the team comp doesn't matter at all, the point is dorothy. even you have all the OP char you still cant pass 21-32, but with dorothy you can easily pass it with some trash char
i just beat this with: Naga, Tia, D, Privaty, Red Hood. my strat: TAKE OUT THE CORE first with Red Hood burst III before MW spawns any enemies ... then the fight is much easier (the core provides the buffs to the waves of enemies... take it out, they have no buffs)
I just beat Mother Whale finally, after months of trying. My team was Dorothy, Centi, Modernia, Snow White (Lily), and Pepper. They made the boss way too easy and it was all done on Auto mode
On my first try it was easier than expected as i used Liter, Crown, Red hood, naga, scarlet black shadow All of them lvl 200 and most of them aren't even MLB
I was testing teams to see what happens, and I completed it with everything on automatic, just pointing at the beginning so they wouldn't be distracted by the bombs it throws, the team was Tia 23k, Naga 26k, Red Hood 24k, Cinderella 54k, and Dorothy 20k The only one that was well invested was Cinderella, it was terrifying to see how easily it fell after 3 months of trying with squads that was already well invested. I am level 219, the power of the squad I passed it with is 149k.
I just put best aoe nikke i had and still dont understand how the hell i kill it in auto lol. it was pure luck that everything goes well with the chacnes and timing my team was dorothy, blanc, A2, snow white lily, and noir
@@golowarass No, her burst bypasses the buff on the adds, which kills them almost instantly. When the adds die, the shield goes down. Once the shield goes down, you can hurt the boss again. Dorothy absolutely carried that second phase, which is the worst part about the Mother Whale fight. Once you get past that, it's pretty much smooth sailing. Red Hood cheese would be more like: Using the bonus core damage granted by the schoolgirls, full burst ASAP and have Red Hood destroy the core before Mother Whale even has a chance to bring down the adds. Once the core is broken, the boss can't buff the adds, making the next phases almost trivial.
Welp no dorothy.. finally got past 160 wall just to run into another. Was hoping for guidance, but it seems dorothy is the key to this one. I can't seem to have any luck pulling her either. 👁 👄 👁
I honestly can't get ports killed like that with my RH and Doro . I have no Tia / Blanc for twins setups. Might be my crappy targeting on those tiny ports (trying to use Smol for trash/missile clearing)
I have Modernia - trying either of them. Noticed Mods can get some serious burst killin of adds if attacked as they enter (pre-shield) - still not quite there yet tho. Maybe I'll push to 220 this month lol @@golowarass

Red Hood is definitely the best Nikke for clearing this fight, although Alice or Scarlet could maybe do the job. Any squad that can destroy the core in the very first cycle before Mother Whale's shield goes up can clear easily. I did it with Dorothy, Blanc, Red Hood, Modernia, and Noir at 144k cp.
dorothy is the core of the squad b/c she can kill all the minions with her skill. the others are just in for the ride. i dont have dorothy with 210 lv, tier 9+ gear and 139k power and i cant defeat mother whale b/c there is no dorothy. red hood is almost at maximum skill lv. tia and naga lv 5 skills,
@@golowarass hello For those who strugggle with mother whale. i was able to defeat mother whale with smol white she replaced Dorothy. Liter, bunnies, smol white and red hood.( Smol white eliminate the misiles/bombs and quickly eliminate the mobs. Red hood destroy the summon ports. And done. ( Smol white replaced modernia For that fight)
I'm kinda new to the game, I'm free to play, I have most the strong nikke except Scarlet "Electric Type". I'm still struggling even I'm using Noah and Doro, Bunnies then Smolwhite, is it about the timing on spawns?
bro my first try i got rekt by my usual team, then i switch crown with tia, and alice with sbs (my comp tia, naga, rapi red hood, sbs, liter) then im just cheese this mf without him doing the rush like wtf -_-

Lol, ofc it would be done on auto. Im lv 211 with already 5x maxed OL gears, U reached 281, which will take ma few month because of core dust....so in few months all team with luck can be full OG :D its hard to beat this thing when Youre 15k deficit without Dorothy....Modernia is not as good :(

Just did it by managing to destroy the core fast. Had to make a cheesy team for RedHood.

hmmmm... pretty sure it wasn't just Red Hood. Your Dorothy helped you skip mechanics.

The thing is to kill minions as fast as possible. You can use Modernia or Smoll White as well. Or Scarlet/2B burst in right timing

You need to use Doro’s Burst mark on add, when they first time appear. Then you should kill this add before MW cast shield
