According to Texans in Jontrons comment section, the Texas Hammer is something of a regional treasure because *everyone* knew and could quote these ads.
he is actually pretty good and because he takes commission as payment he is that much more motivated to get you as much money as possible cus the more money you get the more he gets
"Is it common to get hit by 18 wheelers in Texas?" The rules of driving in Texas are "get out the way, and if my car is bigger than yours imma make you"
had a guy like that learn the hard way that the 2005 volkswagon jetta has metal frame vs the fiberglass ones used in modern cars like his brand new truck he just paid to get lifted... so he had to pay for my bumper and trunk as well as the brand new freshly lifted truck he just totaled
Actually I learned people drive even worse in North Carolina. Unless you're in Houston. People are intentionally trying to murder you with their vehicles in that town.
As a native Houstonian, I have seen these ads since I was a freaking child. We made fun of the ads in High school. Now his son is really the head of the Law Firm, it's still hilarious though seeing this throughout the years.
I'm from central Texas, and his ads are a treasure. We have so many accidents involving 18 wheelers. It's ridiculous and sad. A lot of 18-wheeler companies don't like to properly service their trucks, and their trucks often either fail or cause more accidents here in Texas because of how big the state is.
Jim Adler is a nut. I spent most of my life in Texas and saw commercials for this guy all the time as a teenager in the 90's. I moved to NC about 7 years ago and came back to visit two years ago. I saw billboards for him and was "WTF, this guy's still alive?"
It's so weird seeing a local meme get turned into a Jontron video. I remember actually seeing Jim's ads on actual television while I was still in highschool lol
So funny story, I live in the central Texas area, and while I was working at an auto repair shop off the main highway (I35), Jim Adler came into the shop to get his tire patched. I immediately recognized his voice from the commercials even though he was speaking quieter, so I went to go talk with him and tell him I grew up hearing his commercials. He's a goofy guy, but he definitely plays up the bit for the commercial filming. Very nice when I met him lol
In Kentucky, we have a lawyer called Darryl Isaacs. His commercials are great as well. He's also called "The Hammer". My aunt is an art teacher at a catholic school and she taught his son.
5:37 why is this a common thing I see where people keep calling challengers other things like mustang, charger,Camero it’s not like it’s a car people don’t know that well
Omgawsh!! Jim Adler is such a badas for doing his commercials in Spanish. However,, Alana's broken Spanish was way better than Jim Adler's! I'm dead 🤣👏
You gotta watch more JonTron. Though I would assume you probably watched most of his videos before you became a vtuber, but if you haven’t, you GOTTA watch his Titanic the legend goes on video.
According to Texans in Jontrons comment section, the Texas Hammer is something of a regional treasure because *everyone* knew and could quote these ads.
I even forgot how rediculous these ads really were because I saw em so often. Jim Adler is on roadside billboards as well😂
It's true haha and I've been seeing em since I was a kid
As a Texan I am desensitized to this ad
For real though, he's all over the radio and TV.
I grew up seeing his commercials.
i havent watched tv in over a decade but still remembered the name JIM ADLER THE TEXAS HAMMER
he is actually pretty good and because he takes commission as payment he is that much more motivated to get you as much money as possible cus the more money you get the more he gets
Same
As a Texan, Jim Adler is to Texas what the Mothman is to West Virginia
His resume:
Joined the U.S. Army and Navy
Went to The University of Texas
Extreme
He's Senator Armstrong
My god.........😳
So he win with power of nano machines
Did he play college ball, though?
@@raymondfisheriii791 I don't think so, but with that attitude he could've gone pro
"Is it common to get hit by 18 wheelers in Texas?"

It's called the Lugnut rule. Whoever has the most Lugnuts wins. Motorcycles < Smart Cars < Cars < Trucks < Semi's
Its actually called Darwinism - the Stronger wins @@fakename1182

Snow Fox laughter is so satisfying. Here is a parasocial headpat.
Jim Adler and Matress Mac are the two patron saints of Texas commercials.
I remember meeting Mattress Mac when I was younger, but the weird thing was that there was a large cage of monkey's in the store.
As a native Houstonian, I have seen these ads since I was a freaking child. We made fun of the ads in High school. Now his son is really the head of the Law Firm, it's still hilarious though seeing this throughout the years.
No joke in Indiana we have an injury lawyer who calls himself “The Hammer” too.
Do we really?!!
@@alexandergrey3765 Darryl Isaacs is his name he works out of Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio covering the same injury suits that this guy does.
"IT'S THE HAMMER, HE'S REAL"
In 2015 there was a "DC Hammer" in Washington DC 😂
I got a couple nickname ideas for Alana:
The Foxy Filibuster
The Russian Rambler
The Verbose Virtual Vixen
I have an even better one: the Texas Hammer

Am I the only one reminded of Senator Armstrong whenever that lawyer speaks?
NANOMACHINES, SON!
His origin story is actually pretty much the same as Armstrong.
You gotta make a reaction to Jon's "Simplifying Corporate Logos" or "Surviving Edged Weapons" video
Surviving Edged Weapons is amazing
Bro I’m supposed to be edging my weapons?! How?!
I'm always hoping (if she hasn't watched em before which is prob unlikely), we can get a reaction to flex tape 1 and 2.
@@Slurptacular64
Buy a pump action shotgun.
Very slowly 🤣
this ad has the same feel as those satire ads you see in cyberpunk 2077

Jim Adler is the most iconic Texan character in existence
This man is a national treasure in Texas.

7:40 Arctic Fang. That, or the Siberian Stalker. That's what you'd be, Ms. Alana. XD
Smugalana the artic pounder
most sane tv lawyer
Jim Adler, the Texas Hammer takes his advertising VERY seriously, it seems.
Honestly, his son should be named the mallet or the sledge. Even the nail. Literally anything other than the Texas Hammer 2.
6:37 Why isn't it more on fire is my question.
Jeez and they say we Floridians are insane. At least we smile. Lol
You should see the Texas Lawhawk adds. These mad-lad-ads are normal in Texas.

This lawyer loved the old Fast And Furious movies
average booba size in texas is DD
as a texan i aproved this
Bill should've been called "Son of the Hammer". Just as Vlad Dracula was the "Son of the Dragon".
That snort at the end was sweet in a gross way 🫶🏼
There are 18-wheeler drivers in Texas who… really don’t care about safe driving…
