    Is the dish supposed to give a sweet flavour? And there was something you added before adding tomato paste. You did not mention what was that paste.

    Liked it a lot...just a small suggestion, pls keep the ingredients lit up part a bit for a longer few seconds in your video. it helps a lot while cooking. i went to your website, and there was a difference in the ingredients between this and that of the website (both in quantity and types)..

    This is by far one of the finest dishes in Banglar Rannahghor. Wonder when you going to open a restaurant in Canada? Any Ramadan Special?

    I didn't get the fried onion part. You fried one cup sliced onion but used only 1/4 cup. When do you use the rest? The recipe looks great , I want to try it.Thanks.

      humairah mahjabin so lbs means pounds. 2.2 pounds is 1 kg. Hope this helps.

    I absolutely love to watch all of your other recipes but this one disappointed me. I don’t know how rezala recipe has evolved over the years in Bangladesh but our rezala from West Bengal is predominantly white. Without any fried onions, green chilies and plums. My late grandfather was originally from Mymensingh, but he also never made rezala this way!

      Runa Ahmed take some ricotta cheese in a frying pan and just dehydrate and when almost dry it’s mawa. Pretty easy.

      Some Peeps replace it with dry milk. But very good for gaining and adding extra calorie!

    ১৫+৫ = টোটাল বিশ মিনিটেই মাটন সেদ্ধ হয়ে যাবে? একেবারেই বিশ্বাস করা গেলনা, কারণ আমি রেজালা রান্না করি প্রতি মাসেই। ডিসলাইক দিয়ে গেলাম।
